Ristorante Histoniense In Vasto

We had lunch at this restaurant today....we came from Pescara.... What can I say...the broth was too much...the raw fish was excellent... Everything was delicious...we'll be back soon 💪

The food was amazing. Fresh, well-prepared dishes of the highest quality. The Brodetto was spectacular.

We had a very good meal. Reservations would be a good idea, as it's full even at lunchtime during the week. We'll be back.

Authentic Abruzzese seafood restaurant, with very friendly staff and great, fresh seafood. We were a little disappointed that the brodetto (massive bowl of seafood stew) had to be ordered ahead, but what we ate was still fantastic. The place is obviously a local favorite. It's small, so make a reservation. Fun fact: Vasto was called Histonium by the ancient Greeks, hence the restaurant's name.

Fresh fish. The menu changes depending on availability. Everything is excellent. You can often find typical local dishes, such as stuffed mussels, which are absolutely worth trying. Prices are well-proportioned. The staff is extremely friendly. I come to Vasto every year and have been looking for a decent restaurant for a while. I finally found it (on the recommendation of Vasto locals).
