Wonderful thermal spa, in the center of the village, has a private garage, clean and welcoming rooms with all the kit for the spa ... equipped with sauna, bio sauna and Turkish bath, try it and believe it, super friendly staff

Daily spa. Beautiful, clean, and well-maintained facility, but the spa is too small, and the changing room only has two showers. The treatment staff are wonderful and very skilled. The pool is pleasant and well-organized; during the week, it's not crowded. The restaurant experience was excellent, with friendly staff and a quality lunch. The only downside: we were told we only needed a swimsuit and slippers, but for the shower, the shampoo and conditioner samples were provided in pairs, asking us to split them. Having to "beg" for products to wash ourselves was unpleasant, especially considering the price of around €250 per person. It would be much better to install dispensers, as in many facilities. Furthermore, there wasn't even a body lotion available. Not a 4-star service. Overall, a positive experience, and I recommend the facility when there are few people.

Everything was perfect. The hotel was very clean. The spa wasn't very big but had good services. The pool was beautiful.

A special thank you to maitre d' ANTONIO, a perfect example of competence, courtesy, and friendliness. Always attentive, present but never intrusive, with a naturalness and helpfulness that transform every meal into a true pleasure. His professionalism is evident in every detail and truly makes the difference. When a hotel can count on people like this, the stay can only be memorable. Congratulations to the entire staff.

Three days of complete relaxation...everything was perfect

For me, it offers the best value for money in central Italy. The hotel is excellent, with spacious and spotlessly clean rooms. It's located in the Reno Valley, surrounded by woods in the Bologna Apennines. The river creates waterfalls along the valley walls in winter. The hotel has a large indoor pool with salt-bromine-iodine water, several jet corners, a neck waterfall, a sauna, a 40°C (104°F) wet cave, a hammam, relaxation rooms, and a gym for those who can't relax. It has a good restaurant for both lunch and dinner; the breakfast buffet is also very generous. I'd say the only complaint is that the restaurant menu is a bit too varied.
