My husband and I just spent the weekend at the Helvetia Hotel in Porretta Terme (31/05-01/06). The hotel is well-kept and elegant, as are the rooms, large and with attention to detail. Excellent cleaning. Friendly and helpful staff.
The icing on the cake is the beautiful SPA, created from caves in an air raid shelter; a very suggestive environment, with soft lighting and background music, which makes everything romantic and relaxing.... open until 11:00 pm... the kit is available in the room, with: bathrobe, towel, slippers and cap.
I can't wait to go back....

Beautiful experience. 3 days with my daughter dedicated to relaxation, luxury, quiet. Very clean hotel, excellent restaurant with particular attention to any type of intolerance and allergy. Room experience, just redone, welcoming and beautiful and very clean (my daughter is obsessed with the hair that is sometimes found in the beds and in the bathroom: nothing, just great hygiene and precision), technological. Top staff, from first to last, friendly, kind, helpful and without too much pretense. The SPA was spotless and wonderfully effective, with excellent treatments. Thanks for everything.

Three dream days in a crazy location...top rooms, top staff, kindness, friendliness, helpfulness, in short, exceptional 💯 Wonderful spa with wellness programs and an amazing swimming pool...buffet breakfast where there was everything and more, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail, excellent gourmet dinner...practically a paradise...super super super highly recommended💯❤️

I have been going to the spa for years, which is beautiful... apart from the really small changing rooms, the swimming pool, the paths and the saunas are truly splendid and the staff is very kind. The only flaw: from 2021 to today the price for 3 hours on weekdays has gone from €18 to €27, but apart from that: they should update the prices on the site, because it says that entry costs €27 from Monday to Friday and €40 on Saturday and Sunday. Instead, when you book the price is 40 even on midweek holidays and on the eve of holidays... update the prices on the site!!!

Excellent hotel. The SPA was much appreciated. Attention to detail with particular attention to the tranquility and relaxation of the guests. The same thing for dinner. Much appreciated.
Important and well-stocked breakfast. The live musical entertainment in the morning was pleasant.

I treated myself to a 3-day holiday alone in this splendid hotel and I had a great time! The staff are lovely, the services are excellent, the spa is pleasant and the treatment workers are really good. Cleanliness, order everywhere. The restaurant is also very good. The only flaw is... 3 days is too little!!!

Spent a night at the Helvetia Thermal Spa while in transit. Parking space about 100 meters from the hotel. The room was functionally furnished, clean and quiet. Particularly pleasant: the spacious spa pool – ideal for relaxing after a long day in the car. Ate well in the restaurant, friendly service. Overall a very good house – 4 stars.
