A cozy restaurant in the city center. Limited seating, so reservations are recommended. A very welcoming atmosphere and discreet service. The à la carte menu features both fish and meat dishes. Modern presentation and incredibly high-quality ingredients. Each dish is truly memorable. A decent wine list. A visit is recommended, even if you're not in the area!

The dishes speak for themselves. The restaurant is medium-high end, and the atmosphere is intimate and refined. The price is absolutely in line with the quality of the food and service.

Brought here by friends in Busto Arsizio. Delicious food, excellent preparation, an extensive wine list, and excellent, always attentive staff. I wasn't familiar with the place, and it was a pleasant surprise. We'll definitely return.

Every time, a WOW experience!! Unique, refined dishes and UNDISPUTED QUALITY RAW MATERIALS. The experience at GUSTOO surpasses even Michelin-starred restaurants I've tried around Italy, but with the final bill more than halved. Attention to detail, from the service to the presentation of the dishes, and an EXCEPTIONAL wine list, complemented by the expertise of the maître d' (Arianna) who will be able to advise you! The Chef clearly knows his stuff and conveys his passion in every dish! Always spot-on pairings, never banal combinations of raw materials, with various consistencies and temperatures, truly create EXCITEMENTS! But let's get to the point. On my last visit to GUSTOO, I had the pleasure of trying: - Entrée: mini steamed buns with the chef's pulled pork and house BBQ sauce. The vegetarian option includes a Russian salad. Both make you want to order another 10. - Raw tuna belly (off the menu at my prior request), enhanced by a dressing and sprouts that provide incredible umami; - Cuttlefish with pea and coconut cream, a dish you'll want to order again because it's truly superb. - Mixed pasta with potatoes and raw and cooked seafood, a first course with different consistencies and temperatures that delivers a different experience with every bite. - Square spaghetti with baby spinach, mussels, and raw red shrimp, perfectly creamed and an exceptional combination of flavors! - Mille foglie with hazelnut custard and salted caramel... and what can I say... worthy of applause! - Finally, the chef's specialties served with coffee. The price? Just right, sure to make you want to come back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, try it and believe it!

I celebrated my birthday with my family at Gustoo in Busto Arsizio. The atmosphere is very intimate and refined, perfect for a quiet and special evening. The cuisine offers delicious and carefully prepared dishes, although the bill is a bit higher than I expected. The only small downside of the evening was the temperature in the dining room was a bit low, and we had to ask for the heat pump to be turned on. The staff intervened, but otherwise the service seemed adequate, albeit a bit too formal and aloof, lacking the warmth and personalized attention one would expect on an occasion like a birthday. Overall, a positive experience that I recommend to anyone looking for a cozy place and good food, while keeping in mind a slightly more demanding budget.
