A beautiful place to spend a half-day relaxing in the countryside with the kids. Lots of different animals. Highly recommended.

Entrance fee is €10 per person. Easy to get to. Very cute and suitable for children. There are many different animals, from goats to lynxes. The animals are well-kept and happy. There were many babies when we went. I recommend a visit if you're not sure what to do in the area. The only thing I would do is remove the feeders, which I think are unhealthy: the animals are stuffed all day by visitors.

Be aware that there's a narrow window of when you can visit inside the cabin (between 15:00 and 17:00 when I went). I couldn't make the narrow time window but I still felt the trip was well worth it! The countryside is gorgeous with mountain views, grazing cows, and a nearby petting zoo. You can see the outside of Mahler's composing hut even outside of visiting times. A magical place!

A very nice educational farm in a dreamlike setting, with common animals as well as a few rarer creatures for city kids to see, like a raccoon and a fox. My kids had a great time, and the price was average.

We visited the wildlife park and it was very nice. It's well-maintained and the animals are healthy, not like other places where you see them suffering. Adult admission: 10 euros Children's admission: 5 euros (I don't know up to what age). There are 50-cent dispensers for feeding the animals scattered around. If you have children, it's worth a visit.

The lovely traditional Tyrolean restaurant that once occupied the house where Maestro Gustav Mahler would come to relax and compose his works was sadly closed about three years ago. Strolling through the surrounding estate, which also features a small, delightful animal park, you can admire the small wooden house where he would rest and admire nature during the summer months. Entrance to the animal park is subject to a fee.

30/12/2025: A typical restaurant, excellent traditional cuisine, and friendly and knowledgeable staff who explain the highlights of the dish when you order. A unique experience, definitely worth repeating.
