What a delightful feeling it is to sit at a restaurant table and admire the silvery shimmer of the sea, lulled by a beautiful September sun on a quiet weekday (far from the chaos of the weekend). We experienced all this yesterday at lunch at the "Zinzulusa" restaurant. The view is breathtaking (overlooking the bay of the eponymous cave), and the dishes are equally spectacular (beautifully presented and delicious). The food is so good that word has even spread to a few four-legged friends patiently waiting for a treat. The wait staff is friendly and polite (there's a family atmosphere). It is definitely one of the best restaurants we tried on our tour of Salento.
