Excellent restaurant as well as the excellent raw materials served. Excellent meat and typical atmosphere of the Tuscan Apennines with the right touch of elegance.
Friendly and polite staff, good service attentive to every need.

Dishes refined for the presence of ingredients such as porcini mushrooms and eggs in various preparations. The flavors lived up to expectations, excellent. Excellent service, everyone was kind and helpful. Furthermore, the restaurant is immersed in the woods of the Pistoia mountains, both the route and the place are very suggestive. The internal environments are well cared for and create a comfortable climate.

Bellissimo ristorante storico sulle colline di Montecatini, da qualche anno è stato "aggiornato" all'esterno in modo sublime.che dire dei piatti.. vai sul sicuro,ottimi sicuramente le materie prime, piatti tradizionali e un po' innovativi.ottimo il piccione,la carne perfetta e i funghi spettacolari.il servizio buono e molto gentile per un sabato sera.qualita/prezzo ottima.il locale non ha certo bisogno di ottime recensioni.
