Excellent restaurant as well as the excellent raw materials served. Excellent meat and typical atmosphere of the Tuscan Apennines with the right touch of elegance. Friendly and polite staff, good service attentive to every need. Worth trying especially during the mushroom season

Dishes refined for the presence of ingredients such as porcini mushrooms and eggs in various preparations. The flavors lived up to expectations, excellent. Excellent service, everyone was kind and helpful. Furthermore, the restaurant is immersed in the woods of the Pistoia mountains, both the route and the place are very suggestive. The internal environments are well cared for and create a comfortable climate.

I practically saw the restaurant born and even though I am in Rome, I periodically go to the Goraiolo Restaurant and enjoy the food, the people, the environment. Ivano and his teammates are No.1s

Era un po’ di tempo che non eravamo più andati a mangiare in questo ristorante. E’ stata una piacevole riscoperta: ambiente rimodernato, luci più soffuse, personale gentilissimo, nello specifico Laura che e’ anche sommelier. Abbiamo mangiato ottima carne ed era parecchio che non ne mangiavo di così buona. Davvero consigliato sia a pranzo che a cena.

06/11/2024: We were the only customers at lunch on a gloomy day. Vellano was deserted. The welcome was cordial. We chose maltagliati with wild boar ragout and followed by wild boar stew. both cooked without the use of tomato. Excellent lunch. Advised
