Top quality at very honest prices. Very generous portions, highly recommended. Very friendly owner and waiters and quick service. Informal and welcoming environment, typical of a family restaurant, quiet and relaxing. Great experience and I can't wait to go back! Very interesting Florentine, which is the reason that pushed me to eat at this inn.

Pleasant surprise. As soon as you enter you are a little hesitant about the place then you are welcomed well and everything changes. Excellent fish menu. Seafood appetizer and scialatelli all excellent then Petronian cutlet not bad. The service is perfect and friendly. The Conte Fork account is very convenient. Well done, definitely coming back

Truly a pleasant discovery. We were welcomed and served with kindness and thoughtfulness. We tried starters, first and second courses of meat and fish. All excellent. Compliments.

Always nice to eat something good accompanied by a good wine... something that gourmets like me know are becoming increasingly rare nowadays. But La Pioppa reminds me of what it means to be Bolognese. Recommended for those in the know!! :)

06/04/2024: A little outside Bologna, a fairly large place with a covered summer veranda. When it's full it gets a bit noisy, but it makes excellent pizzas and also good fish dishes, very good seafood risotto, and the desserts are also really tasty. Always a certainty.
01/04/2024: Delicious butter and sage ravioli and tiramisu. Advised.

29/02/2024: Andy and Flo'. Very good with a but... It itself is excellent! I've been there for business lunch several times! Really good! But for a business lunch there are always those choices on the "business lunch menu"....the only alternative: pizza. 3 types of pasta as a first course, almost always those every day.... And then the 3 usual second courses of meat.... Improved from this point of view. But for the rest, food quality, service and environment ok👍🏻 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
