Unfortunately, I would have gladly given it 5 stars, both for the good food and the courtesy of the owner and waitresses... BUT, I have some concerns about the bill. Having left without a receipt, we weren't able to verify what was wrong. It's a shame because everything was perfect.

Dinner in this place on a Saturday evening in June, the place has both an internal part and an external Dehors, if you can get up in the latter, I recommend booking in advance because it is always very full. Very varied food, typical of the Aosta Valley, excellent quality of the products, I actually took two appetizers and they were one better than the other and I loosened the dinner with a dessert of strawberries with mascarpone. All accompanied by a glass of red wine and a still water and I spent €50 alone, it is an excellent place, I will return.

A perfect restaurant for those who love variety and quality! The wide choice of dishes is really difficult—I wanted to try everything. We started with a mixed appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, simply delicious! The cheeses with jam and the bacon with chestnuts were a real surprise. The plate of gnocchi with blue cheese, apples and speck was exceptional, a balanced and surprising mix of flavors. And to finish, the mountain pine bitters: an absolute must-try! A gastronomic experience to repeat, highly recommended 🍽️✨

03/08/2025: The food was okay, good quality. The problem was the rudeness of one staff member in particular. We walked in and he shouted "TWO?" twice without even looking at us, much less a "Good evening." After showing us our table, he threw the menus along with his tablet and left... Same guy, when I met him in the entrance hallway, he stood in front of me with the plates in his hand and waited for me to move aside so he could let me pass, without even saying thank you (I should point out that, in addition to being a customer, I'm also visibly pregnant.) Last but not least, I met him in the bathroom and he came out without washing his hands. The thing that worries me most is that I think he's the manager because he was wearing a polo shirt, while the other, more friendly, waiters were wearing different outfits. P.S.: From the bathroom, you could clearly hear the kitchen staff insulting each other. Well, first and last time.
30/07/2025: Pizza not great. The owner was really unfriendly. Otherwise, the service was good.
