I've been to this restaurant and had a really good time. The food was excellent, but the tagliatelle and polenta with guanciale were especially spectacular.

We've been customers for years and return several times a year!!! Each time we leave satisfied with the food and even more so with the kindness and professionalism of the owner and staff. How wonderful to rediscover traditional local dishes! Today we had an excellent platter of local cured meats and cheeses, tagliolini with white ragù and black truffle, two wonderful slices of beef with Bleu d'Aoste, incredibly tender and with expertly measured cheese, perfect! To finish, a heavenly tiramisu and, not to be taken for granted, two excellent coffees served with traditional sweets. The place is, as always, very well heated, with a beautiful fireplace in the main room, as is the sunny wood-paneled dining room, and in the summer, two lovely outdoor seating areas complete the experience. A place without unnecessary frills, all substance. Please don't change a thing!!!

A wonderful experience at Gisa's! Traditional Aosta Valley cuisine, meticulously prepared with authentic, flavorful dishes made with top-quality ingredients. You can taste the passion in every course. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a relaxing lunch or dinner, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Excellent value for money. A restaurant that truly represents the tradition of the Aosta Valley. Highly recommended!

The best tagliolini with fresh porcini mushrooms we've ever had. The atmosphere and hospitality are old-fashioned, without frills. A pleasant stop on the way back from a weekend in the mountains. Highly recommended!
