A gem in the heart of Pigneto... the atmosphere, the music, and the attention to detail made the evening at the Gipsy Bar truly unique. The cocktails and food are also noteworthy: original, sophisticated, and of the highest quality. All this was accompanied by professionalism and hospitality. A truly beautiful evening! The highest quality sushi and cocktails. The restaurant is decorated with great taste and imagination, very personalized, and nothing banal. The owner, Lele, is a professional in the industry, always welcoming and kind. The cocktail menu is the result of careful research and is constantly updated, as is the food menu. The desserts are also excellent. They also lend themselves to excellent results for off-site events. A guarantee.

Then you go in and discover that they offer an aperitif you don't expect, with a sushi stand, where you can taste the fish and the attention to aromatic combinations. Very good. Very special. An absolutely wonderful experience, made of expertly mixed cocktails, an intimate "gypsy" atmosphere with so much attention to detail and music from another era. Unbeatable value for money (personally my favorite cocktail bar in Rome) and very wise choices of ingredients and combinations of flavors. I celebrated my birthday exactly as I wanted: in intimacy with a few friends tasting cocktails and exquisite food. Thanks to Emanuele for his kindness, his relaxed smile and his absolute availability from the first to the last moment during the service, even though we were late with respect to the reservation. I can't wait to come back!
