Ristorante Giorgione's In Varano de' melegari

I was fortunate to discover this restaurant. I say fortunate because, besides being a restaurant with an elegant atmosphere, it's also a place where you feel welcomed like family. The manager is someone who manages to guide you on an excellent food and wine journey with kindness and professionalism. His wife is the one who adds a touch of elegance by taking care of the aesthetic details of the place and was a great support to me by helping me with photos to create a beautiful memory of the day. The waiters are also very knowledgeable: attentive to the customer's requests and ready to offer explanations about the dishes and wines served. I celebrated my son's graduation at this restaurant, and that's why I can tell you how lucky I was. They all made it an unforgettable day. Of all the restaurants I've been to, this is the only one that, in addition to meeting all the requirements mentioned—quality products, cleanliness, elegance, fair prices, friendliness, etc.—has something fundamental to me: a big heart that makes you feel more than just a customer: a friend.
