15/07/2025: Carne valida secondo me panini con prezzi veramente bassi il più costoso viene 8 euro peccato per le condizioni del locale e secondo me l’igiene manca da parte dello staff della piastra lì in bella mostra ripeto non si mangia male e servono pure i panini con il pesto di cavallo
28/06/2025: It's tight and crowded, but the experience is worth it. A large selection of panini, a lot of noise, everything is prepared at a crazy pace and in front of the customers. Several sandwiches to choose from, fresh ingredients, cheap draft beer. At first you have to find your way around, where to wait, where to call, but it's definitely a place loved by locals and tourists alike.

La Cucina Del Maestro

28/07/2025: La Cucina del Maestro is a true celebration of Parma’s culinary tradition. The menu is filled with local classics made using exceptional ingredients — from prosciutto di Parma to beautifully aged Parmigiano Reggiano. The absolute highlight of the meal was the anolini in capon broth. Rich, hearty, and deeply flavorful, it felt like the essence of Parma in a bowl — comforting and expertly prepared. We also tried the tortelli verdi with spalla di San Secondo, which were delicious, with a perfect balance of richness and freshness. The ambiance is warm and rustic, and while the service was a little slow, it was still friendly and attentive. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place I’d gladly return to for another bowl of those unforgettable anolini.
