In June, my husband and I got married in the garden with a civil ceremony, and we couldn't have asked for anything better for our wedding!! A fantastic day, in a wonderful location, with super-good food, and Luciano and Paolo, two extraordinary people who helped us create the wedding we'd always dreamed of. The dining room staff was also very friendly and helpful. Everyone was truly kind! The guests were also extremely happy. We highly recommend coming to try the restaurant and enjoy a day surrounded by nature... We'll definitely be back!!! Rating: 10!!! 🤩

I went to Gavinell on Sunday for a wedding, and I have to say I was extremely pleased. The atmosphere was wonderful and clean, very well-maintained both inside and out, and the bathrooms were spotless. The staff was courteous, always helpful, and attentive. As soon as we arrived, a buffet awaited us, filled with every delicacy, featuring quality dishes. Then came the first course: stuffed tortelloni, which melted in the mouth and were incredibly delicate, and a wonderfully creamy artichoke risotto, also delicate but delicious. For the second course, meat that melted in the mouth with truffle on top, accompanied by baked potatoes. I can't wait to return to this wonderful place; I highly recommend it.

Very beautiful place! Very kind service. The dishes were exceptionally delicious. The only difficulty is that they don't speak English, but we overcame that too thanks to the fact that they are so nice, kind and have a high level of service awareness. Highly recommended!

A fairytale wedding, the ultimate! My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better location for our wedding day. The Gavinell Botanical Garden is a simply enchanting location, immersed in the green hills of Parma and very private, perfect for creating a magical and intimate atmosphere that stunned our guests. We celebrated on June 28, 2025. The heat and humidity in the city were unbearable, but at the Gavinell it was wonderful. As evening fell, a pleasant breeze sprung up, refreshing everyone. The organization was impeccable, and it's worth highlighting: the timing between the courses was perfect, keeping the celebration flowing at the right pace without any lulls or the feeling of frenzy. The service was superb, with the staff always kind and smiling, as well as possessing the utmost professionalism, which is increasingly rare these days. The menu was exceptional: a rich and abundant buffet, two first courses, a second course, small artisanal pastries made by them, all delicious. We received so many compliments from our guests, especially regarding the quality of the food. Even those with special dietary needs were catered for with exceptional care and attention, from allergies to tailor-made vegan menus. A special thanks goes to Luciano and Paolo, the owners, and their head waiter. They were all there for us every step of the way, with great availability and expertise, helping us organize every detail with peace of mind and confidence: we knew we were in a safe place! The price was incredibly fair for the service we received, and we had complete freedom to customize every aspect of the event: given the warm weather, we decided to eat outdoors in a beautiful olive grove, which we decorated with lights and decorations, creating a magical atmosphere! In short... It's a shame you only get married once! Thank you so much to everyone at Gavinell!

I celebrated my confirmation day at Gavinell and I must say that it was a truly excellent choice! I sincerely thank the owner Luciano and his son Paolo, as well as all the staff, because they prepared and managed everything in the best way and with great professionalism! From the first meeting there was maximum availability; Luciano welcomed us with kindness, listened to us and met our requests. On the day of the celebrations everything agreed was carried out, with attention to detail; the location was excellent, as was the "mise en place" of the table; the menu and the food offered were excellent, all very good and tasty (I also thank the chef for his courtesy and availability); finally, the service as a whole was excellent, thanks to the staff who assisted us with kindness until the end of the day! If there will be an occasion, we will definitely return to this restaurant, which was also born and proposed as a botanical garden. Thank you for everything and see you soon!

We chose to celebrate our wedding in Gavinell with a buffet and dinner and I must say that we were very satisfied with this experience. The location is beautiful and well-kept, the staff is attentive and friendly and the food is also excellent.

We went to Gavinell to try the menu and then decide whether to have the reception for our wedding, which would be held a year later. What can I say from the first moment we set foot in this paradise we were treated and served like royalty and obviously we chose them for our wedding. Perfect choice because there was nothing out of place starting from the courtesy of all the staff, the availability of the owners and the professionalism with which they managed everything. Ready to create menu alternatives for every need (we had vegans, vegetarians, and gluten and dairy intolerances) starting from the aperitif with a vast choice of things for everyone, delicious cocktails and exceptional food. They are the best choice for this type of event if you don't want to think about anything except when to have the dishes arrive. We, the bride and groom, were super satisfied, and all the guests did nothing but compliment us on the location. I absolutely recommend it.
