We ate here this evening, I'll start by saying that we're from Pescantina so we're local, but I want to compliment you on everything, the food, the service, the speed, the kindness, the really good... 👏it's not every day that you find places like this... the biggest compliments to Giulia, a very kind girl who welcomed us and served us from start to finish with extreme kindness and the highest professionalism... well done Giulia... 👏we'll definitely be back, everything was perfect

Business lunch with a fixed-price menu. Truly excellent and meticulously prepared food. Service was quick and very friendly. Recommended.

Nice place, the dining room is large, making it suitable for groups. The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable. I've been there several times for work, and I must say the dishes are good and well-presented. The only downside is the price, which went from €15 to €18 for the full menu.

Fucina never fails. It's a wonderful restaurant with all the elements for the best culinary experience in Bussolengo. From the way the servers treat you, the attention, the suggestions, quality of the ingredients, taste of the food, everything is fantastic and made to perfection. My best wishes and congratulations to the whole Fucina Team. I will always keep going back for dinner whenever I am in the town.

I went on Thursday to the carbonara evening…all delicious. The girls Maria Teresa and Francesca, nice and friendly for the whole Service…I will definitely return

We had dinner on Monday. I personally had a well-prepared salmon steak accompanied by julienned fennel and yogurt sauce... truly excellent. The Lugana by the glass from the Masi cellar was also delicious and went very well. The ambience was refined, elegant but informal. The table service was fast, very polite and attentive. We felt very comfortable.

I ate an excellent pizza "Loira" ; I recommend the pizza with sourdough! Crispy, tasty, NOT EVEN A BURNED CORNER! And they accept the EdenRed card from Monday to Sunday.

Siamo stati per 2 sere consecutive in questo ristorante, in quanto ospiti di un hotel nelle vicinanze. Ci siamo trovati bene, mangiando bene, soprattutto la prima sera (risotto, un ottima tagliata di pollo e per il bambino Fornarina col crudo) ad un prezzo super competitivo per quanto mangiato Meno bene la seconda sera, dove personalmente ho provato a prendere una delle cotolette farcite che proponevano pensando fosse un piatto particolare: mi sono ritrovato un semplice cotoletta con sporadico condimento sopra. Veramente deludente e, a 19€, molto molto caro. Il servizio è stato un po' lento la prima sera, meglio la seconda. Dò comunque 4 stelle per l'esperienza complessiva e consiglio questo ristorante anche per la cortesia del personale.

Abbiamo fatto una serata tra amici con il giro gnocchi. Ci hanno servito 6 portate una diversa dall’altra in piccole porzioni. Il cibo era buono ma abbiamo aspettato tantissimo tra una portata e l’altra. Essendo all you can eat si poteva ordinare ad oltranza ma visti i tempi del servizio, oltre le prime 6 portate standard che servono loro, non si riesce ad avere altro. Siamo arrivati alle 20 e siamo usciti alle 23.30. Il servizio lascia molto a desiderare
