Wonderful stay and convenient to everything in the area. A nice spa selection and wonderful breakfast included. The restaurant was very nice. Our stay included the two days when they have limited options - Monday and Tuesday - which we weren’t advised of until Monday. Nice walking options on the propriety - get your steps in!

Wonderful food, excellent pasta and a beautiful location

That was some of best ‘bistro’ food we have ever tasted. Parmentier Cream, Smoked Pasta and Morone fish all delicious and refined. Not surprising as the kitchen is shared with the One star restaurant. Waitress was excellent. Small comment. Glass of house white wine was very good but way too expensive for such a small amount. Grazie

Very beautiful resorts, exceptional Spa, and above all qualified and very kind staff. Excellent restaurant, excellent service. I highly recommend it, an experience worth living. I will be back very soon. Thanks to all the staff for pampering me.

abbiamo pranzato in questo magnifico ristorante a gennaio, giornata bella, piena di sole, ma sicuramente meno suggestiva come vista rispetto all'autunno, ma anche alla primavera e all'estate. Location incantevole nella conca di Monforte, tavoli grandi ben distanziati, servizio impeccabile, avevamo un buono offerto dai nostri figli del menù degustazione a 7 portate, la stella è veramente meritata, lo chef è stato svezzato dal maestro Yannich Allenò e si vede molto l'impronta francese nei suoi piatti, tutti di livello. Sicuramente il piccione è stato cucinato in modo eccelso, pure il dessert ha un livello molto alto, un po' sotto la media i plin, ma il resto è veramente da provare. un plauso speciale al sommelier ha abbinato in modo esemplare il vino ai piatti serviti, competente, mai invadente. Bravo. Prezzo elevato, ma vale il viaggio

Quiet resort and in a good location, various points of interest can be reached in a short time, friendly staff ready to respond to every need, very nice spa area, non-buffet breakfast, which is something I really appreciate when I go on holiday. Clean rooms with a very large utility set, from shaving foam with razor, toothbrush and toothpaste to make-up remover wipes not found in many hotels or resorts. Their hazelnut cream is definitely worth trying (it is required for breakfast) before leaving I requested a jar of it which they kindly sent me express (for a fee and rightly so) I also really appreciated this availability. So definitely recommended!

Ristorante stellato che merita il viaggio. Elegante e raffinato, servizio e attenzione al cliente impeccabile. Il menù è fantastico, abbinamento vini forse potrebbe essere migliorato, ma comunque valido.

Beautiful resort with internal SPA and restaurant with 1 Michelin star for food lovers, enchanting place, my family and I stayed in the very nice, clean and welcoming apartment, all the staff were very kind and helpful, if you want to visit the splendid areas of Barolo and the Langhe it is a perfect location...
