I spent a fabulous weekend at this wonderful property....peaceful, quiet, beautiful, super clean rooms...what can I say about the restaurant?...excellent cuisine, refined dishes using seasonal local produce. Thanks to Debora, who was a very kind and helpful host! I highly recommend it.

Excellent food, we stayed two nights to explore the Sibilini Mountains by mountain bike. Having a restaurant on site was very convenient! Debora's warm welcome and Cristiano's advice were excellent. I'll be back next season!

A pleasant stay at Fonterosa di Fiastra. A clean, comfortable, and welcoming room. The hospitality of Mrs. Debora and her husband was impeccable: always kind and attentive to their guests' needs. Dinner was a pleasant surprise, with a carefully curated menu and original dishes with refined flavors, elegantly presented. During our stay, we were able to rent e-bikes, and Debora was very helpful in granting us a late checkout so we could shower after the excursion before departing. A pleasant experience, highly recommended!

Beautiful property near Camerino and Lake Fiastra, also conveniently located off the Foligno-Civitanova highway. Excellent food and great rooms!

Wonderful place surrounded by greenery with a swimming pool, good food, exorbitant prices for those who want to spend a relaxing day with the family by the pool and have lunch, it becomes unsustainable for those who want to stay for more days, you have to buy a pool entrance plus a fixed lunch so one can afford to stay for more days

Extremely friendly staff. We stayed for two nights and were completely satisfied. Their restaurant, featuring typical local products, is highly recommended. Beautiful location, completely at peace with the rest of the world, with a stunning view from the pool. We'll definitely be back.

Friendliness and good taste A wonderful location surrounded by greenery near Lake Fiastra. Friendly and friendly managers, we spent a very pleasant evening and a morning in the pool, enjoying a wonderful landscape. Everything perfect for relaxing a bit and getting away from the frenzy of everyday life. A plus for dinner: refined and well-matched local products. The breakfast was also excellent, perhaps in the future adding some savory dishes could further enrich the morning buffet. Recommended for those seeking relaxation and care!

28/12/2025: I stumbled upon it like so many other places, but this is one of those places you can't find on the Civitanova seaside. We went to eat this evening and were very surprised by the varied menu and its rich selection of combinations. The excellent quality of the venison, fallow deer, and roe deer cold cuts surprised us, and we'll definitely be back as soon as possible, especially since the owner, a very nice young woman, told us that her brother also has another restaurant here on the seafront where they do fish. And if so, congratulations to both of you.
20/09/2025: A wide selection of well-cooked cuts of meat served with a variety of seasonings and sauces. An interesting wine list.
