As soon as I arrived, I immediately saw the chef in the kitchen with another person: the kitchen is open and you can observe everything from the dining room, a detail that conveys great trust and care. The restaurant is located on the Civitanova Marche seafront, a truly pleasant location that makes the experience even more special. I went alone and immediately felt at ease, welcomed into a discreet, clean, and well-organized environment, with very pleasant soft lighting, perfect for both couples and families. There were two staff members in the dining room, both extremely polite and attentive, always present with a genuine, never-intrusive kindness.
I started with an excellent beef tartare, hand-sliced, not ground: fresh, delicate, and full of flavor, truly special. As an accompaniment, the fried sweet potato was simply wonderful, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, prepared to perfection. The main course, an Irish picanha, was extraordinary: tender meat and impeccably cooked. A variety of sauces and salts were served, including selections of fleur de sel, perfect for enhancing every nuance of the meat.
I paired everything with a glass of Merlot, truly fantastic, and the water, served in a premium glass bottle, also helped make the experience even more meticulously crafted.
The quality-price ratio is excellent, with top-quality ingredients. A place that captivates with its delicacy, attention to detail, and passion. I will definitely return with great pleasure.

An excellent grill restaurant for those who truly love meat. High-quality ingredients and a wide selection of cuts, including unusual ones. The meat is cooked very well and is accompanied by a variety of sauces and seasonings that enhance its flavor even further.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable in recommending your choice. The restaurant is well-kept and the atmosphere is pleasant.

I stumbled upon it like so many other places, but this is one of those places you can't find on the Civitanova seaside. We went to eat this evening and were very surprised by the varied menu and its rich selection of combinations. The excellent quality of the venison, fallow deer, and roe deer cold cuts surprised us, and we'll definitely be back as soon as possible, especially since the owner, a very nice young woman, told us that her brother also has another restaurant here on the seafront where they do fish. And if so, congratulations to both of you.
