We had dinner at Ferramenta last night and had a really good time. The place has a refined yet informal atmosphere, perfect for a quiet evening with friends.
We tried a little bit of everything and left feeling extremely satisfied: perfectly cooked arrosticini, flavorful and juicy; the meat sushi was the surprise of the evening, original but absolutely spot-on in flavor; and then the cheese and egg balls, a delight—soft, tasty, and with that instantly captivating "homemade" flavor.
The service was friendly and the timing was right, without rushing but also without endless waits. Overall, a dinner full of delicious things, with unique yet well-executed dishes. We'll be happy to return and recommend it to anyone who enjoys good food with a touch of creativity.

My wife and I had dinner at this restaurant, which boasts a beautifully appointed ambiance and friendly, attentive staff. We started with a generous platter of various cured meats and cheeses, followed by delicate cheese and egg balls. The highlight, however, were the truly excellent Abruzzo arrosticini. We finished with a delicious, warm-hearted chocolate cake.

Last night, Ferramenta again, an absolute confirmation.
Mariano and Luana, always so kind, along with the entire staff: a true guarantee of quality and hospitality!
We had the Fassona Huramaki, a spectacular slice of steak, handmade skewers, and Angus kebabs, with a side of baked potatoes. Everything was truly excellent and top-quality; you could taste the care taken in every dish.
Plus, there's live music on Fridays, like last night: the band really livened up the evening, the perfect atmosphere of good food, smiles, and great music.

This restaurant is unique in its decor and, above all, in the quality of its ingredients, such as meats, carpaccio (especially the tried and tested version of the native Wagyu beef, known as Japanese beef), high-quality, non-commercial cured meats and cured meats, and an assortment of various types of grilled meats and arrosticini, among others. All accompanied by delicious focaccia and jacket-on baked potatoes, scented with fresh rosemary and flavorful with a homely feel. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys exquisitely presented meats and other delicacies with a gourmet touch that is remembered and noted in the details, appreciated by even the most discerning diners. These include small touches and thoughtful touches, such as a small towel served at the table at the end of the meal to clean your hands, soaked in warm water, and the owner's great attention to detail and willingness to show interest and empathy, sharing with us the products used. A truly beautiful place, worthy of attention and appreciation.

Locale a Lanciano, arredamento fantastico e cibo eccezionale, siamo stati veramente bene. Cena con la famiglia in vacanza, siamo stati in questo lolacale che fa mangiare tipico abruzzese, ci siamo trovati veramente bene .
