A perfect stop after a ride on the Bernina Express, so you don't have to go home tired. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent (sciat and pizzoccheri, meringue pie).

I've stayed at this hotel several times on business trips and have always had a great experience! The rooms are spotless, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient (for my travels), even though it doesn't directly overlook the SS38. The breakfast, included in the booking, is convenient and varied. Bonus: the wonderful mountain views from the balconies.

We had a great time. The cleanliness was truly exceptional; some 4-star hotels don't offer this level of cleanliness. The staff was discreet but super helpful. The room had a spectacular view with a really large balcony. We had lunch and dinner at their restaurant, and the quality was truly top-notch, making it feel like home. The property isn't new, but it's impeccably maintained. Congratulations! We hope to return soon.

Beautiful location! The only major drawback is the heat in the middle of summer. The rooms don't have AC, only a fan. We were assigned the smallest room, which had a 1x1 shower. Others had rooms that were a little over 4 euros more expensive and had a considerably larger bathroom. (These were fully booked.) All in all, a wonderful experience! You can thoroughly enjoy the food, and the people are very friendly. You're in Italy, so you have to speak it, too. Most of the staff couldn't speak English.
