Excellent modern room with great comfort and good organization of digital self check-in. Large and luxurious room only problem the water in the toilets on the upper floors gurgled several times during the night making a loud noise that disturbed sleep (when the button to flush the toilet does not return automatically). For the rest very good

We were there for New Year's Eve. Enviable position: from here you can see the whole valley. The managers are very kind, friendly and helpful. The waiters are attentive and ready to solve any problem. The food is fantastic, good and carefully prepared. The international breakfast is plentiful, varied and artisanal. The only flaw is the room. Probably due to the full house, we ended up with the room with the worst bathroom: very small (shower and toilet only), no bidet, the door didn't stay closed, the sink was in the room, outside the bathroom. I am not taking away stars because not only was the inconvenience minimal for one night but the quality of the hospitality, care and food really makes up for everything. Plus at a really affordable cost!

Gestione molto familiare ed in questo molto particolare. Non esiste menù, la signora chiede direttamente cosa può servire...il cane ammesso solo se sta "giù e non abbaia". Detto ciò i pizzoccheri buonissimi, sciatt fantastici. Porzioni molto abbondanti. Cameriere simpatico. Prezzi onesti

I'm Ryan, an 8 year old boy and I always go to get pizza with my dad and grandpa. The pizza is delicious. The owners are very kind and friendly. Occasionally we also stop to eat there.

09/03/2025: The food quality is good and the service amazing.
23/02/2025: Fine food, friendly staff with humour and nice interior. They are aiming for michelin like presentation and dishes, but the flavours are just missing that special touch. The wines were of a high level. Also the sommelier was very busy, so she did forget a couple of times how many wines we were having - my girlfriend 4 and I did pairing of 5. Shamefully she blamed it on being busy with a large group, but that should not be aired to other guests as it makes them look less important. The head waiter was by the way amazing.

08/11/2024: Cena meravigliosa in questo ristorante ottimo e di lunga tradizione. Dalla prenotazione ai saluti finali lo staff è stato disponibilissimo e attento alle esigenze dei nostri figli, cosa rara nei ristoranti. Seggioloni per i bambini di livello e coperto eccellente anche per loro. Ottima la proposta gastronomica tipica ma curata e di qualità eccellente! Il menù è spiegato alla perfezione con la massima cura rispetto alle esigenze dei clienti. Carta dei vini ottima anch’essa spiegata perfettamente da persone esperte e competenti. Abbiamo provato una bottiglia di annata importante e anche in quel caso la cura nel servirla è stata meravigliosa. Qualità delle carni e delle materie prime veramente notevoli cucinate da mani esperte e premurose. Ci siamo fermati a parlare con il titolare che ha riservato delle ottime cure per i nostri piccoli facendoli sentire a proprio agio e i benvenuti. Sembra scontato ma fa la differenza ! Vi consiglio vivamente questo ristorante che si stacca nettamente dall’offerta tipica dando un tocco di classe ed eleganza alla cucina tradizionale Grazie per questa splendida serata Luca
15/07/2024: Abbiamo trascorso il weekend nell'Hotel Sassella e cenato due sere al ristorante Jim, personale professionale e pronto a soddisfare ogni tua esigenza. L'Hotel offre un centro benessere con vasca idromassaggio e tre tipi di saune tutto molto pulito ed accogliente. Il ristorante Jim è stato una sorpresa per la qualità dei piatti e del buon vino, personale di servizio ai tavoli molto competente complimenti a tutto lo staff. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie di tutto.
