Ristorante Falstaff In Parma

One of the beds had a broken leg and the shower head wouldn't stay in place. For the price not terrible, but the property could use some TLC.

Hotel 6/7 min by mscchina from the center. Ample parking and offers restaurant service.

I think the photos speak for themselves ... I notified the reception of the inconvenience and the Disgust the following morning, telling me that they would fix it immediately obviously in the evening everything was as before so I go again and this time around even a little upset, they solved it but Anyway I was not even offered anything to apologize ... I stayed two days in this hotel, very convenient for visiting Parma, 10 minutes by car, very good breakfast and dinner, I only have to make one point, in the bathroom there were no disposable hair caps and the shower products are of very low quality, if it is possible change them, I had to go to a supermarket to buy them

The hotel has charm and the staff are friendly and the breakfast is generous. I'd love to come back.
