The rooms were comfortable and clean, the reception and room service rude and unhelpful. I was present at a business event, there were misunderstandings on all fronts, the place was inconvenient to reach from the center of Parma. Buffet breakfast not at all sophisticated, the only positive note being the excellent baked potatoes, otherwise the service staff in particular needs to be reviewed also in terms of courtesy and availability.

All in all a positive experience. The room assigned; going, buffet breakfast; plentiful and quality; service; medium in standard.

Clean and well organized rooms and bathroom, the hotel restaurant is very expensive and the quality is just sufficient, the internal bar has very high prices for example a can of coke €5, half liter water €2.50, unthinkable. The price of dinner costs €27 each, lunch €22, but the service is the same, I don't understand the reason for the difference, in short, we need more clarity.

Elegant, clean, tidy hotel. Qualified, kind and courteous staff. Affordable price. Breakfast included (very well assorted from savory to sweet).

Great restaurant! We liked everything very much! Delicious cuisine, friendly staff. Cleanliness and smiles on every corner. Bed linen was changed on time. The rooms were always clean
