Sempre una conferma, ottima cucina Toscana sempre con un bellissimo tocco di personalità accompagnata da una delle carte dei vini meglio fornite della Toscana e un servizio attento e perfetto negli abbinamenti pietanza/vino. Vasta scelta di vini al bicchiere per chi desidera accompagnare ogni portata con il giusto vino. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile.

Don't trust appearances and try this place that will surprise you. The cuisine is excellent, the staff trained and helpful, the environment ordinary. Without any problem, trust the sommelier who will be able to recommend the right wine for your desires, without spending a fortune. Of course you pay for all this, but at least you do it satisfied with the offer.

A local wine shop recommended this ristorante for its pasta but everything was fantastic. We ate there 2 of our 4 nights in Greve. Roberto was the main server and was accommodating, kind and knowledgeable about wine pairing. The food was elegant, comforting and simple, using top notch local and seasonal ingredients. Of course it had an awesome wine list showcasing Chianti Classico and Riserva. Nice digestifs and desserts. I know tiramisu is ubiquitous in Italia but theirs is truly is excellent. Try the peposo or the stuffed guinea fowl with potatoes. For pasta we had tagliatelle with porcini and a pappardelle with roe deer.

Today 12/10 we had lunch in this wonderful place and we ate very well with a very kind and well-trained staff, we spent the right amount and ate high quality food, we will definitely be back, fantastic experience

Que dire.. un magnifique endroit, un patron passionné par les vins et la nourriture qu’ il sert, un personnel poli et efficace et un repas au delà de tout ce que nous avons vu à Greve et des prix corrects pour la qualité. Donc BRAVO et continuez. Nous y sommes allé trois fois et notre avis est toujours au top..

31/01/2025: Fantastic place, a stone's throw from the cathedral, I ate absolutely sensational things, I've been there twice a few days apart but I will definitely return to revisit Florence and will certainly stop at this fantastic hosteria. The Florentine steak is indescribable but there isn't anything I didn't like. Friendly, prepared and above all kind person. Try it, you won't regret it, absolutely passed with flying colors

19/02/2025: What a hidden gem! From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, every dish was creative and delicious. Even the breads were intensely flavorful. The starter—a 64-degree egg with Gorgonzola cream and cocoa nibs, lightly dusted with cocoa—was unlike anything we had ever tasted. The only dish that resembled what we imagined was the basic pasta and sauce, which was fantastic. All the dishes were stunningly inventive and creative. Even the basic pasta forms were worked into dishes that were culinary art pieces. Their chefs can work magic. The wine list consisted of unique regional wines from small producers. The ones we had, recommendations from our server, were excellent. The service was impeccable. This restaurant is a must-visit when in Florence!
02/02/2025: I had a reservation at Nugolo but unfortunately, I got very sick with a cold on the day of my visit. The staff was incredibly kind and understanding, which I truly appreciated. Their warmth and professionalism left such a positive impression that I’m even more excited to dine there next time! Luckily, I visit Florence often, so I’ll definitely be making it a priority on my next trip.
