Very friendly staff, very elegant and welcoming place, variety of products, pizza, fish, meat, vegetables. Excellent, I'd say. I always go back 👍

This evening, my husband, our four-year-old daughter Agnese, and I were in Chioggia... We took a wonderful walk and treated ourselves to a wonderful day in picturesque CHIOGGIA, which we LOVE. We decided to have dinner in Chioggia... we called FONTEGO: the owner answered, an EXTREMELY KIND, PROFESSIONAL, and PRECISE person. WE HAD A DIVINE DINNER: EXCELLENT QUALITY, VERY FRESH PRODUCTS, LARGE PORTIONS, AND GOOD PRICES. THE AMBIENCE WONDERFUL, ELEGANT, VERY CLEAN, VERY FAST SERVICE. THE OWNER PAMPERED US FROM THE ENTRY UNTIL THE END OF THE DINNER... WE RATE THIS RESTAURANT A SUPER 5 STAR!!!! SEE YOU SOON!!!! CONGRATULATIONS TO THE ENTIRE FONTEGO STAFF, YOU WERE TRULY FANTASTIC. Nice, clean, 70s atmosphere. We ate pizza, which was average, nothing exceptional, the service wasn't bad. I don't know if I would recommend it.

The atmosphere is impeccably maintained, with very kind and friendly staff. Excellent food (I recommend the seafood pizza with truly delicious fried fish).

We arrived by chance and decidedly late for lunch. We asked if it was still possible to eat, and the lady was extremely kind and welcoming. The place has a retro style but is definitely well-kept, elegant, and clean, and the staff is very friendly. The food is served quickly and the service is high-quality. Excellent value for money. Five stars is not enough.

I must admit that when I booked this restaurant, I was very hesitant after seeing the rather poor reviews. Sometimes, however, it's best not to trust other people's reviews too much. For me: A 10 ambiance, elegant, 1980s-style but meticulously maintained. Food: A 10: the spaghetti with spider crab was delicious, and among the desserts, the nougat semifreddo deserves a special mention, truly exceptional. Service: A 8: friendly and attentive staff; perhaps the wait times were a bit long, but on a festival day like the Immaculate Conception, with the restaurant packed, it's understandable to wait a bit longer than necessary. Finally, the value for money was definitely favorable.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly, even though I arrived late in the evening. The pizza was still good, though a bit overcooked. The menu seems decent. The historic photos of Chioggia over the years are beautiful, as is the historic plaque commemorating the restaurant's origins, which hangs on the walls of the pizzeria and restaurant.

We chose this restaurant for its varied menu, which ranged from fish to meat and pizza. We found it to be an elegant, spacious, and quiet place. All four of us ate good food, and the prices were reasonable. It will be our go-to place for dining when we return to Chioggia.

We had excellent spider crab, bigoli allo scoglio, and fritto misto. Everything was delicious and carefully prepared. The owner was very friendly.

We went for dinner last night. We had pizza, which was very good. The place was clean and beautiful, and the staff was friendly. I recommend it.
