Ristorante Duomo In Alessandria

I was in the company of friends and I must say it was a revelation since I had been there at least 10 years ago. Clean environment and right lights (usually they don't create atmosphere), excellent food served like a star, bread made by them, including small pastries (exquisite), a really interesting wine list. Paid the right amount, ABSOLUTELY worth repeating

Quiet and formal place, the presentation of the dishes is very nice with explanation before tasting. The products are almost all local and are cooked with skill.

Ottima cena, menu con proposte variegate e interessanti, qualità della cucina molto buona, così come il servizio durante la cena. Unica pecca l’accoglienza da parte della proprietaria, che peró si è riscattata durante la cena con un buon servizio. Consigliatissimo nel complesso!

We enjoyed dinner for two al fresco, tables inside the air conditioned restaurant were also available but the area is pedestrian access only (at least at the time we went). We liked the luxurious feel that linen on the table provides, care that was matched in the presentation of each plate of food. Our waitress could not have been more helpful and was clearly proud of her role in explaining each dish. I asked for affogato, which wasn’t on the menu, but I wasn’t made to feel as if I was creating a problem, indeed my wife was given miniature panna cotta to keep me company. The various breads on offer were enjoyable and matched different courses. Amuse bouches are a delightful and very welcome conversation piece. The extensive wine list boasts a number of excellent local wines. If I could make one suggestion it is that, even though we take little salt, two of our dishes were under seasoned. Nevertheless we were very pleased to have chosen to eat at this restaurant and recommend it.

A welcoming place that offers tasty and refined food. Above average costs but the quality and attention to combinations and the entire culinary experience is noticeable.

If you pass through the center of Alessandria, a visit to this restaurant is a must for the environment, the dishes and wines and the quality/price ratio (considering the level of the menu)

Second time here, we come from Milan for enjoy some relaxation in this restaurant. Sublime food, attentive and courteous service. Always good wines. Excellent quality/price ratio. Wide tables and designer bag rests.

This restaurant is a truly peaceful and welcoming place, offering various dishes with always fresh and delicious ingredients. The service is great and the staff are friendly. I recommend it to everybody!

Per lavoro siamo stati in questo ristorante cordialità e gentilezza li distingue, il cibo ricercato particolare buono e raffinato. Ho trovato dei gusti spettacolari in bocca e la cura con cui vengono preparati e ammirevole. Anche la cura per il cliente è apprezzata. Mi piacerebbe tornarci.
