In the city there are several excellent restaurants where you eat very well but if we talk about the Duomo it is appropriate to use the term Hors Catégorie as in the Tour de France. I don't want to describe the dishes because some are so particular that everyone has to try them on their own to get excited. Starry restaurant cuisine.

Peaceful, quiet, well-kept, simple environment. The menu is not very long, as the restaurant pays a lot of attention to the quality of the dishes and how they are served. There is a good rotation of dishes, going there several times I always saw new interesting proposals. Each dish is presented and explained with care and attention. As mentioned, the quality of the dishes is very high. The service is attentive and courteous, never intrusive. Advised!

13/12/2024: I wanted to congratulate you on the order of oil and specialties received, in record time despite the Christmas holidays I received the package well packaged and they were very helpful even though I requested practically at the last moment. I can't wait to taste the oil and specialties but they will definitely be excellent 👍 thank you so much.
09/12/2024: Advised. I purchased a pack of 6 bottles of EVO oil and they are of excellent quality. Already tasted the first bottle and it's wow. Furthermore, they warned me that there could be delays in shipping but instead the package arrived very quickly.

27/01/2025: Siamo stati a cena ed eravamo titubanti perché mai provato, ma alla fine ottima scoperta. Ma partiamo dall'inizio menu stagionale con tre/quattro portate per tipologia: antipasto, primo e secondo. Menu a parte per specialità al tartufo anche in questo caso 4 piatti. Carta dei vini locale molto selezionata e ricercata. Abbiamo assaggiato tagliolini al tartufo e due secondi tagliata e lumache e due dolci. Tagliolini da orgasmo! I prezzi del menu variano da 12 a18 euro mentre le specialità al tartufo sui 25 euro che rispetto al prezzo dei concorrenti è più che ottimo. Top in Alessandria! Senza olio di palma 😀
