We chose this restaurant to take advantage of a Smartbox package we'd been given. The restaurant participates in this type of service, and we were truly satisfied: the appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert were all excellent and generously portioned. Given that it's located in one of the most beautiful squares in the world, eating outside is a must: since it was an early March evening, they were kind enough to turn on the outdoor heaters, which ensured a perfect temperature. For appetizers: traditional bruschetta and Roman-style artichokes. My husband followed with a carbonara, and I with a creamy cacio e pepe!! Truly delicious, a top score for this pasta! For dessert, we opted for a simple sorbet because we were full, but they have an extensive menu. The table setting was elegant, and it's nice that the waiters are elegant; that's expected in a location like this. The service throughout the dinner was attentive, friendly, and thoughtful: in a tourist area like the Pantheon, that's not a given. PS: Dinner was accompanied by live music in the square, which added to the atmosphere. Well done, we had a wonderful evening!
