Spectacular service, we with a child went down to the bathroom and the lady disinfected everything, a service I have never found, attention to all the details from the waiters and also from the owner, I will definitely return and I recommend it

Late last week, I had lunch at Gruppo Di Rienzo with a few friends. The location is charming with Italian flair: tiled floors, simple tables, plenty of light, plants—it feels like you're in Italy for a moment. We shared some antipasti like bruschetta and a plate of marinated olives to start, which were super fresh and flavorful. Then I chose the tagliatelle with truffle cream sauce, and one of my friends had the sea bass. My pasta was creamy, with just the right amount of truffle—not overpowering, but truly flavorful. The sea bass was served on a bed of spinach and was also excellent. The atmosphere was relaxed, people came and went, there was a lively buzz, some laughter—perfect for a lunch with friends. The staff was attentive, not intrusive. I would definitely return, perhaps for dinner, as it has potential for romantic or more formal dining.

A truly rare and memorable experience! We originally intended to go to the restaurant next door but after seeing the queue we decided to take a chance on Gruppo Di Rienzo; and that turned out to be a fantastic decision, with us getting a table immediately. The food was outstanding, and to my non-Italian tongue, like nothing I have tasted on my trip yet. The service was stellar; we didn’t want to spend much so we didn’t get a pudding. But when we requested the bill we were offered a pudding on the house, with them saying “no meal is truly complete without a pudding”. Finally atmosphere, with a violinist playing in the background with a backdrop of one of Rome’s most iconic builds the pantheon; lest I say more.

The food was exceptional: the creamiest risotto I've ever tasted and a carbonara that brings you back to life (authentic, no gimmicks). But if anything made me feel at home, it was the service of the waiters: friendly, attentive, and with that Italian flair that turns a dinner into an experience to remember. Definitely a place I'll return to every time I return to Rome. 💜

I am 51 years old… Came to Italy for the first time with my mother and father and my family… This is the best meal I’ve ever had and I have never been treated better than any other place in Rome … please request Andrea and Elio they are a dynamic team who understand the experience we were searching for and incredibly accommodating to my mom and dad… thank you for a dinner I will never forget….
