Ristorante dell'Agriturismo La Vite e l'Ulivo In Baschi

We were on the Cammino di Borghi Silenti and stayed at a B&B in Baschi. For dinner, we walked to this agriturismo just outside the town. It was a wonderful experience. The hostess is very, very nice. The trattoria is really cozy, and the food is delicious. Thank you for the lovely evening!

We decided to spend a night in this farmhouse to relax after the walk, Simona and her family are special people, real workers who keep Umbrian traditions high, fantastic dinner and clean room with an indescribable silence. A stop by them in my opinion is a must. We still really give them many compliments for the kindness and love they put into us.

Far from home but like being with family in a place where relaxation, after a long day of work, envelops you for a sweet rest. Thank you 🙏

I spent a night in one of the apartments of this delightful farmhouse during the silent villages walk. Excellent cleanliness, apartment equipped with everything you need and a splendid terrace with a view, surrounded by greenery. The owner was very kind, and her welcome was warm. A little inconvenient to reach on foot but for the next morning I was suggested an alternative route that avoids the state road. Recommended!

The truly authentic, healthy and delicious Umbrian cuisine... Beyond clichés and unlikely culinary experiments, this is the place where you can and want to eat while feeling pampered like at home. Honesty and passion!!!

We stayed four days in this fantastic property, an oasis of tranquility surrounded by olive trees a stone's throw from Baschi. The place is strategic for visiting the nearby Orvieto, Sant' Angelo, Bagnoregio, Bolsena, etc. We must say that we have never had such a good time, Simona and her family practically pampered us throughout our stay, giving us fantastic and unforgettable moments. The accommodation was very clean and spacious with everything you needed, in front, the large courtyard where you could park the car and let the child and dog play in complete safety and tranquility. Finally the food... you can't ask for more, fantastic dishes with quality ingredients! We still remember the first dish we tasted, the homemade Umbrichelli cacio e pepe... wow... Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back to visit you!
