14/11/2025: After an afternoon spent with friends at a local winery, when we asked for a restaurant, the owner recommended it and subsequently booked a table. The restaurant is located on the main street of the village of Calosso in a very scenic location. The restaurant, simple in its simplicity, is very well-maintained and very clean. The cuisine is typical Piedmontese. Dishes are well-cooked and beautifully plated. The authenticity and quality of the ingredients used are evident. The service is quick and attentive, with no long waits. The wait staff and the owner are very friendly. The only small flaw is that the dining room, without soundproofing, can be quite noisy at times. I highly recommend this restaurant. Having only dined there, I cannot comment on the rooms.
