You eat really well and spend very little.

It's become a regular event for us. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and everyone is truly delightful. The cured meats, sausages, and desserts are all delicious. The coffee and grappa to finish is fantastic.

Super friendly staff, good wine, fantastic jota, good dishes and super price at the end!!!

A 10-star review is deserved for this farmhouse, starting with the staff, who are always kind and attentive in any circumstance, moving on to the incredibly delicious food, the homemade bread, and the very welcoming place. I highly recommend it.

Dinner with friends. Nice place, real farmhouse environment, courteous and friendly staff, and that's no small thing! Traditional dishes: very good mixed cold cuts, jota, sausage with sauerkraut and potatoes in "tecia", wine and grappa. Shared cold cuts, 1 dish each, enough wine, water and grappa for 16 euros each. It seems more than honest to me.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti al Briscak... Che dire.... Abbiamo trovato un vero gioiello nella campagna del Carso! La signora Irena e il ragazzo che serviva ai tavoli sono stati super accoglienti, gentilissimi e sempre disponibili a darci consigli su come muoverci durante la nostra gita a Trieste e dintorni, e sono stati carinissimi anche con nostri bambini. La stanza veramente bella dal gusto rustico e la sala da pranzo, in cui ci hanno servito un'ottima e abbondante colazione, arredata in modo semplice e rustico... Un agriturismo vero. La prossima volta proveremo la cucina, che sarà sicuramente ottima visto quante c'erano a cena. Ottimo!

Fermati per un pranzo in famiglia. Jota, salumi e carsolina in bontà e abbondanza. Vino terrano e malvasia di vera compagnia
