Pearl of the Soana valley. Ideal starting point for bentrekking excursions. Excellent cuisine and refreshments, very kind and courteous staff. Local located in the village square and divided into two structures, one for catering and a couple of rooms while the other has other rooms for overnight stays. Possibility of full or partial board, tasting platter snacks. Local products for sale.

The inn is located in Piamprato, the last town in Val Soana, in the Gran Paradiso park. We had a weekend of good food. The dishes are typical of traditional Piedmontese cuisine. The food was excellent, with local products and excellent value for money. Characteristic and refined environment. Welcoming and kind staff. Free parking in front of the property. We highly recommend it!

Very welcoming place in a mountain setting. The friendly and affable managers manage, with their precious work, to make you spend a pleasant and relaxing, regenerating holiday. The building with the rooms for overnight stays is very nice, clean and with attention to detail. Almost opposite there is the local restaurant/bar which has little to envy from restaurants located in other areas. The dishes are typical of traditional Piedmontese and Piampratese cuisine with an excellent cabbage and bread soup, or the "rum and roasted chestnuts" cake. It is worth climbing up to Piamprato to savor and enjoy all this, without distracting yourself from the magnificence of the Gran Paradiso landscape and its beauties. If not all the blades of grass are turned the same way, it doesn't matter. A big thank you goes to the owners and workers of the structure who give life back to a mountain village, full of history and traditions, creating a small paradise, in the Gran Paradiso which allows you to relax and leave behind the tensions and accumulated stress, spending beautiful moments in the mountains of the magnificent landscape of the Park.

Piamprato is a place totally immersed in nature, perfect for those who want to disconnect from the daily frenzy and relax in an enchanting landscape. The inn is run by a very hospitable and kind family, we ate very well with generous portions and the rooms are comfortable, warm and renovated. There are different walks from the simplest to the longest and most difficult. A weekend of good food and walking.

Stayed here with a smartbox package. The rooms are clean and welcoming, in mountain style. We had dinner at the local restaurant and the food was excellent, with local products and excellent value for money. Usually the menu has a tasting of appetizers, 3 first courses (soup, risotto and fresh pasta), 3 second courses and some homemade desserts. The inn also has a well-stocked bar open all day until late in the evening. Breakfast can be had either at the bar or as a buffet with sweet products and a cafeteria. The village is really quiet and you can totally relax. Free parking in front of the property. I highly recommend it!

Situata in una bella località della Valle Soana, servono cucina locale appetitosa e molto ben curata. Da provare il coniglio al forno, piatto ormai quasi introvabile nei ristoranti, locande ecc.ra.
