We had lunch here on the day of the summer solstice. Max gave us precise directions on how to reach the Cascina, you can't go wrong... He welcomed us with a smile, he immediately made us feel "at home". He cooked just for me and my husband with that simplicity and mastery that distinguish him. As soon as I entered the room I was literally moved... splendid, a leap to the heart! Everything here speaks of how much passion Max has put into making his farmhouse welcoming for himself and his guests. We will return to enjoy the peace of Mother Nature. Thank you Max!

It is an experience to be lived, Max the owner, a polite, cultured and welcoming person (jack of all trades), makes you go back in time of at least 80 years, moreover he manages to make you live with other guests of the structure (limited capacity) like the large families of the past, now rare. Healthy eating and almost lost flavors. A piece of advice, to those who think of going to a luxury place with all the comforts and convenience of access, it is not for you. While for those who are inclined for an experience different from the usual trip out of town, away from the frenzy, do not hesitate to contact Mr. Max.

05/31/25 together with my wife we spent about 4 hours, we had lunch with people we had never seen before. (Everyone was very nice)
Talking about everything.
A new experience that we really appreciated.
Max prepares food, by himself for everyone.
Quality food, that's what the other people who were there with us said.
My evaluation is positive, not only for the food or the place (beautiful) but for the atmosphere you find and the serenity that you take away with you.

Il progetto di Max è chiaro, semplice e speciale.
Si viene accolti in modo fantastico nella sua cascina (all’atto della prenotazione riceverete tutte le informazioni per raggiungerla facilmente) che è anche la sua casa dove raccoglie erbe e fiori edibili e possiede animali non da carne (per me che sono vegetariana questo aspetto è stato fondamentale). Il cibo è preparato da Max e si può scegliere tra diversi menu, per ogni esigenza. Il tutto in un’ottica ecosostenibile e plastic free.
Gli spazi sono curati e puliti e tutto parla di tradizione orobica. Max è un ottimo intrattenitore, vi spiegherà qualsiasi cosa voi chiediate e risponderà ad ogni vs curiosità.
Cibo ottimo, salutare, preparato con cura e amore.
Ritorneremo sicuramente.

A place that makes you dive into the past, natural environment, zero-mile food and so much peace. I love the stove lit in mid-May! The road is not comfortable for strollers, but with a backpack and even with the little ones you can do it. Max is a true host, welcoming and kind!

I ARRIVED AT CASCINA GERVASONI ALMOST BY CHANCE WITH A FORMER COLLEAGUE. I WILL NOT HIDE THAT I HAD A MOMENT OF HESITATION WHEN I REACHED IT, WHICH HOWEVER DISAPPEARED WHEN I ENTERED THE CASCINA AND MEETING MAX THE OWNER. MAX IS A PERSON WHO KNOWS HOW TO PUT YOU AT EASE AND WHO DEEPLY LOVES HIS JOB. THE DINING ROOM TELLS THE TWO CENTURIES OF LIFE OF THE CASCINA AND THE MENUS OFFERED ARE BASED ON THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE HERBS WHICH ARE PATIENTLY HARVESTED, COOKED AND THEN SERVED WITH THE FIRST AND SECOND COURSES. I THANK MAX FOR THE PLEASANT EVENING AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CASCINA GERVASONI TO ANYONE WHO WISHES TO BE TRANSPORTED ON A JOURNEY OUTSIDE OF TIME FULL OF MEMORIES AND NEW FLAVOURS. GOOD WORK MAX! We spent Easter Monday taking a step into our grandparents' past, an exciting experience. From the location to the cuisine to the company of Max, who was a thoughtful, interesting host full of passion for his land and his work, we were pampered. I discovered a vegetal cuisine full of flavor with a few simple ingredients.

Un'esperienza agreste autentica, in un clima di serena rusticita'.
Senz'altro un salto indietro nel tempo, tra '800 e primo '900.
Il luogo è apprezzabile anche in inverno, accentuandosi l'aria di pace e silenzio che caratterizza questo piccolissimo nucleo rurale.
Gli animali sono teneri e vivaci attori sul palcoscenico descritto sopra e Max, il protagonista, è l'impeccabile padrone di casa.
Pranzare all'interno del rustico locale e attraversare ambienti così unici sono un privilegio per i nostri tempi, un'emozione positiva.
Non voglio dire di più!
Il nostro consiglio è di vivere quest'esperienza di valore e prendervi per essa tutto il tempo necessario, anche perché sarete talmente coinvolti da non rendervi conto del suo scorrere!
