A truly special and unique experience. Max was a wonderful host and welcomed us warmly, sharing his philosophy with us. The food was delicious!

We stayed with Max at the end of January and I have to say it was an absolutely positive experience. The food was excellent, freshly cooked by him, and the rooms were very beautiful and clean. We practically lived in a 19th-century house. Max was very kind, helpful, and sensitive; he hosted us, listened to us, and made us feel at home. The herbal teas we purchased and that Max prepared for us were fantastic. We'll definitely be back in the summer.

On Saturday evening, we dined at the farmhouse in the company of the agriturismo's guests and the legendary Max, in a convivial and welcoming family atmosphere typical of times gone by. It felt like we were back in the days of the "tree of wooden clogs"... A pleasant evening in the company of unique and genuine guests, far removed from today's technological world, yet filled with simple and essential moments. Kudos to Max for his values ​​and his great work. The dinner was delicious. Highly recommended.

We visited on Saturday, November 29th for lunch, and upon arrival, I wasn't entirely convinced. However, I toured the farm with two highly experienced guides (Gemma and Seba). We had a delicious lunch in the company of other guests, and it was a pleasant afternoon for both us adults and my son (who was so happy he didn't want to leave). It might be the setting or the company, but I felt Cascina Gervasoni wasn't a restaurant or inn, but a sort of second home immersed in tranquility. We'll definitely be back for lunch and overnight stays. It would have been wonderful if Max had joined us for lunch, but between cooking and managing the farm, it was practically impossible. Tip: leave your cars upstairs in the square and walk downstairs. Besides enjoying the silence, you might encounter squirrels or other animals. Thanks for a wonderful day.

We spent a night at Max's place, owner of Cascina Gervasoni, where we enjoyed a dinner and a locally sourced breakfast with excellent homemade food made with natural products. The welcome was very attentive from the start. Every corner of the place tells a story of the past. The variety of natural products Max prepares and preserves is remarkable, making each dish rich in vitamins and minerals that aren't always easy to incorporate into everyday life! There are no televisions in the place, which allowed us to chat with Max and stay connected to the experience we were having. I recommend it to anyone looking to recharge.

We discovered this farmhouse through a smartbox on Saturday, November 15th. Among the mountains and woods, it felt like another world. Max prepared an excellent lunch for us with everything his land has to offer.
