Cascina Gervasoni can't be reached by car; it's a short walk. But it's worth it. As soon as you arrive, you feel like you've stepped back in time. The atmosphere, the distinct aromas, and the goats roaming freely just steps away. The cuisine is a return to the essentials, with organic dishes that have a full, authentic flavor, unlike anything we're used to. Massimo (Max), the manager, is the soul of the place. Every gesture, every word, reflects his beliefs and his lifestyle choices. It's an unusual experience, and that's precisely what makes it special. Prices are in line with many agritourisms, but from here, what you take home is so much more: the feeling of having experienced an authentic place and a special moment.

They gave us a wonder box package for a dinner for two people and so we wanted to book at this farmhouse in the middle of nature by adding an extra sum because we wanted to book lunch and I must say that we tasted excellent special dishes that you don't find everywhere... the owner was very kind and we guaranteed to return again to be able to taste other local dishes.

We stayed for a couple of days in this enchanting place. If you need to unwind from all the clutter, you're in the right place. With the host, Max, you can savor the beauty of nature. In his farmhouse, you can breathe a love of life, and in his cooking, there's so much love and passion.
We'll definitely be back, because a place like this is hard to forget.

We stayed at Cascina Gervasoni for just one night, stopping for dinner and breakfast, along with our baby and dog. The place is a true agriturismo nestled in the woods, and Max's family welcomed us like old friends, introducing us to their animals (raised not for slaughter, as Gemma and Sebastiano were keen to explain) and telling us about their lifestyle. You have to park your car a little way before the farm, but that allows for a short stroll through the trees and blackberries. Dinner was simple and delicious, with produce from their garden, herbal teas, and delicious focaccia. The jams and fruit for breakfast were equally delicious.

A dive into the past that will let you savor the authenticity of this place. Relax in total relaxation, immersed in nature, in the company of goats, donkeys, and the captivating company of Max, who, with his preserves, infusions, soaps, and countless handmade crafts, will never cease to amaze you. Authentic cuisine and a location passed down through generations where time stands still. Accessible on foot from an ancient mule track, so comfortable shoes and a desire to escape the hustle and bustle of the city are essential. Highly recommended, 10 out of 10!

Today my partner and I went to Cascina Gervasoni, a natural farm and educational farm. Max and his family served us a delicious lunch featuring a charcuterie and cheese platter, a first course, and a side of vegetables and herbs. Max is a genuine, friendly, and very personable person. He made us feel part of the family. We thank him so much, and we hope to see you again soon.

If you're looking for a welcoming place, immersed in nature, surrounded by beautiful places to visit, with healthy food made by the hands of those who grow and raise animals with love, combined with smiles, conviviality, and kindness.
Then you've come to the right place.
Max is the one who runs this farmhouse, which he maintains with care and love.
We stayed in his beautiful, meticulously maintained rooms, admired how his farm is run, and also got to know his big, sweet dog, 'Lachi.'
In the morning, we woke to the rooster's crowing, accompanied by jams and marmalades made by Max during breakfast.
Our dinners were served with care, and we appreciated every dish—authentic, locally sourced, made by his own hands—in a tranquil, carefree atmosphere.
The children had so much fun; every evening they went to the playroom inside the farmhouse.
In places like this, you rediscover values that are so easily lost today.
Thank you so much for everything, Max!

Il progetto di Max è chiaro, semplice e speciale.
Si viene accolti in modo fantastico nella sua cascina (all’atto della prenotazione riceverete tutte le informazioni per raggiungerla facilmente) che è anche la sua casa dove raccoglie erbe e fiori edibili e possiede animali non da carne (per me che sono vegetariana questo aspetto è stato fondamentale). Il cibo è preparato da Max e si può scegliere tra diversi menu, per ogni esigenza. Il tutto in un’ottica ecosostenibile e plastic free.
Gli spazi sono curati e puliti e tutto parla di tradizione orobica. Max è un ottimo intrattenitore, vi spiegherà qualsiasi cosa voi chiediate e risponderà ad ogni vs curiosità.
Cibo ottimo, salutare, preparato con cura e amore.
Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Arrivato alla Cascina Gervasoni quasi per caso con un ex collega di lavoro, non nascondo che ho avuto un attimo di titubanza al raggiungimento della stessa, che è però svanita con l'ingresso in cascina e la conoscenza di Max, il proprietario. Max è una persona che sa metterti a tuo agio e che ama profondamente il suo lavoro. La sala da pranzo racconta i due secoli di vita della cascina e i menù che vengono proposti sono improntati sulla genuinità delle erbe che pazientemente vengono prima raccolte, cucinate e poi servite con i primi e secondi piatti. Ringrazio quindi Max per la piacevole serata trascorsa e consiglio vivamente la Cascina Gervasoni a chi abbia voglia di farsi trasportare in un viaggio fuori dal tempo, ricco di ricordi e di nuovi sapori. Buon lavoro Max! Ciao.
