After several years of returning frequently, it's time to update our already positive review. The food and service are truly a guarantee: they never disappoint. We always recommend it and often bring friends, who are all very satisfied. For us it has become a permanent fixture.
It's very nice to start with an aperitif and the cocktails offered, and then stop for lunch or dinner. I recommend trying the dishes of the day with typical Spoleto ingredients (truffle, bloody, wild asparagus) and the inevitable truffle fondues.
An experience that continues to surprise us and that we recommend to anyone looking for a special meal in the center of Spoleto.

I had the boar ragout, which was tasty but not very filling. The price was a little expensive, but still completely okay. The only thing that bothered me about the ambience was the music, but that's a small problem as tastes are different.
Overall a pleasant experience. The service was very nice, extra breadsticks were brought to us upon request, which was very nice.

Spazio con tavolini esterni molto carino e curato, abbiamo pranzato in piazza accompagnati dalla musica di una band che si esibiva. Servizio educato ed efficiente. Abbiamo mangiato sostanzialmente bene, anche i semplici primi piatti per i bambini erano ottimi (non sempre scontato). Molto buoni anche gli antipasti prosciutto e formaggi e perfino i contorni (spinaci ripassati veramente speciali). Unico appunto l'uso di pepe/peperoncino, su alcune pietanze era troppo e magari non è gradito da tutti in quantità così elevate. Prezzo nella media, ci torneremo sicuramente perchè siamo stati bene.

Large space in the square with tables well arranged and sheltered under special umbrellas, but inside it is very small. Friendly and very attentive service. The food was excellent (starters, strangozzi, tagliatelle, side dishes and desserts) and the tasting of local wines by the glass was also excellent. Only note about a lentil soup which was extremely spicy for the average palate and therefore it would be appropriate to indicate it on the menu or warn people because it may not be appreciated by everyone. Average price, we will definitely return.

In visita a Spoleto ci siamo fermati in questo grazioso ristorante del centro. Ottima accoglienza e gentilezza. Abbiamo mangiato un piatto di pacchetti al sugo di cinghiale e tagliatelle porcini e noci. Molto buoni entrambi. Piccolo antipasto di pappa pomodoro. Prezzi buoni

Excellent place to eat well. Menu without too many items, with traditional and non-traditional ingredients and dishes, reinterpreted with a personal touch and with a sense of proportion. Good wine list with some small pearls. Courteous and attentive service: we had the feeling of being in a place where the customer is precious but education and discretion are equally so. In the following days we contacted the restaurateur for an apparent problem encountered following the card payment: the response was rapid, scrupulous and collaborative. It doesn't happen often.

Spectacular local food, tastefully and tastefully presented with aesthetically appealing portions. Even the children ate everything with pleasure. The staff is very courteous and attentive, as is the service, attentive and fast. The internal environment is really pleasant, very clean and tidy. If you go to Spoleto it's a must try if you want to leave the restaurant not only full but also happy! Congratulations indeed and thank you for this experience!

Beautiful location on the market square of Spoleto. Interior with attention to detail. Excellent service and exquisite dishes. Absolutely recommended and worth trying if you pass through Spoleto
