A small place that you absolutely must visit. We were greeted with great courtesy and enjoyed excellent cuisine. I recommend the Spoleto-style strangozzi and the cardoons, delicious!

A small but welcoming place, with excellent service and customer attention. A place capable of offering gluten-free food worthy of the name, with attention to celiac customers from the welcome to the coffee with dedicated biscuit. Also much appreciated is the refill of bread on hand, which doesn't stop at a couple of slices. A good choice of dishes even for those who don't have to follow a strict diet. There is a bit of a wait between courses but it's normal and worth it. The prices are in line both in terms of ingredients and in comparison with other places of the same level, I personally preferred to spend a little more and try from the starter to the dessert. Congratulations to the venue and to the AIC for their commitment.

Location semplice ma allo stesso tempo elegante. Ottimo il servizio. Ottima qualità dei piatti. Strangozzi al tartufo e tagliata al tartufo eccellenti. Da provare assolutamente. I prezzi sono anche un po' al di sotto della media. Molto soddisfatto

Delicious restaurant in the center of Spoleto with many gluten-free options! I got some really excellent gluten-free tagliatelle with truffles!
All first courses, second courses and desserts (including tiramisu, cheese cake, arredanda, ice cream) are available without gluten.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Normal waiting times.
Good value for money.

The risk of eating at the central location did not have a negative impact.
The selection was good, the preparation was quite tasty, and there were sometimes more interesting vegetables than contorni.
Attentive service. When the weather is good, it's a great place to watch.

In questo locale dopo una veloce visita alla città, opto per prosciutto di Norcia con fregnacce e paccheri al ragù di cinghiale. La cena e’ stata anticipata da un entre molto buona, semplice. Antipasto decisamente buono, primo, servito in un modo molto particolare, forse anche per tenere la pietanza calda.
Prezzo leggermente abbondante a mio modo di vedere.
