A very beautiful place, minimal as I like it, with soft lighting and large tables... But let's talk about the cuisine, we chose the "season" tasting menu with wine pairing, but you can choose between two others... Beautiful and delicious dishes expertly explained at the table by impeccable service, particular flavors that caress the palate and excellent wines to match. After lunch we were able to visit the beautiful cellar of the restaurant, with many prestigious labels. Restaurant recently awarded a Michelin star, I must say very well deserved...

Truly wonderful experience. I booked a dinner to celebrate my anniversary with my partner and we had a great time. High quality dishes, elegant and intimate atmosphere. The sommelier was also excellent and was able to perfectly match the wine to the various courses while being careful of our budget. Too bad we didn't taste the cheeses, but we were really full! As you might expect from a haute cuisine restaurant, each course is carefully prepared both visually and from a gustatory point of view, the service is there but not overwhelming and we relied on Andrea, the sommelier, to accompany the various courses and I would say that each glass harmonized with the dish of the moment. The bread made by them is renewed every time it runs out, which could fill you up before the end of the meal. I suggest saving space for a cheese tasting, it's worth it. They are currently renovating the upper floors where rooms will be built, an added convenience for those coming from a bit far away, which is not uncommon given the location of the restaurant. An experience worth having.

Ha una cantina eccezionale e vini a prezzi talvolta inferiori a quelli di costo attuale. Il sommelier Andrea li sa spiegare con sapienza, gentilezza e dovizia di particolari. Il menu di selvaggina è all'altezza dei vini con nota di merito per la battuta d'anatra.
