Questa valutazione è condivisa da tutti i partecipanti al Pranzo;...e pure dai ragazzi che per altri impegni o problemi familiari non sono potuti venire ma che lhanno fatto in altre occasioni;

We chose the seasonal menu without opting for any variations, also because it was the first time we went there. As you might expect from a haute cuisine restaurant, each course is carefully prepared both visually and from a gustatory point of view, the service is there but not overwhelming and we relied on Andrea, the sommelier, to accompany the various courses and I would say that each glass harmonized with the dish of the moment. The bread made by them is renewed every time it runs out, which could fill you up before the end of the meal. I suggest saving space for a cheese tasting, it's worth it. They are currently renovating the upper floors where rooms will be built, an added convenience for those coming from a bit far away, which is not uncommon given the location of the restaurant. An experience worth having.

the place absolutely lives up to expectations... intimate and with attention to detail... as far as the wine is concerned we let ourselves be guided by Andrea and it was a wonderful experience... the cellar is of the highest level.
The cuisine is no different... with a hunting menu. absolutely wonderful... which is the reason that brought us up there congratulations to everyone.

The awards are not enough to reward the emotions that Andrea and all the staff manage to give every time.
On our last visit we opted for the "hunting" menu, also delighted by the addition of some off-the-card proposals, a young and talented cuisine centered on the flavors of the territory.
Flavors enhanced even more by the suggested wine itinerary, proposals accompanied by stories and detailed explanations that help the sense of smell and palate to live a sensorial experience even more.

I had the pleasure of dining at the Ristorante del Lago and I must say that it was an unforgettable experience. Since our arrival, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which immediately put us at ease.
The real strong point of the evening was the care and preparation of the dishes on the hunting tasting menu. Each dish was an explosion of flavours, prepared with fresh, high quality ingredients. The presentation was impeccable and each course told a story, reflecting the passion and dedication of the chef.
Special praise goes to the sommelier, whose expertise and preparation made our experience even more memorable. He was able to suggest perfect pairings for each dish, passionately illustrating the characteristics of the chosen wines. His attention to detail and ability to tailor proposals to our preferences demonstrated a level of professionalism rare to find.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Ristorante del Lago to anyone who wants a high-level dining experience. I can't wait to return to discover more delights on their menu!

Ha una cantina eccezionale e vini a prezzi talvolta inferiori a quelli di costo attuale. Il sommelier Andrea li sa spiegare con sapienza, gentilezza e dovizia di particolari. Il menu di selvaggina è all'altezza dei vini con nota di merito per la battuta d'anatra.

One word super Starry ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ quality 10+ service 10+ friendliness 10+ location 10+.
I would add one more positive note, congratulations for the attention to the object holders (beautiful and elegant and very simple wooden wine boxes) also for us men who today travel for work with two phones 📞 iPad keys 🔑 car 🚗 house keys etc. etc.
