It was a wonderful experience to taste refined dishes with wines paired for the occasion by a sommelier. The price is worth the experience.
I really appreciated the fact that, when creating the menus, they pay close attention to the seasonality of the products.

A superior tasting experience. The atmosphere is very refined, with clever use of table lighting. The open kitchen is staffed with exemplary harmony and synchronicity. The service is always attentive, kind, and thorough in its explanations. The wines accompanying each course are of the highest quality. The sommelier is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Yet another excellent confirmation last night! The welcome, service, and atmosphere were impeccable! But the real magic is the perfect synergy between the expertly presented dishes and the excellent wines paired thanks to Andrea's skill. A must-try in every season, just like I do 😅. A modern, elegant location, not gaudy, with a relaxing atmosphere. The dishes were excellent, both in presentation and, above all, in taste. The wine cellar was fantastic. We followed the sommelier's advice (the owner, who is very professional and knowledgeable), and, as with the dishes, they were top-notch. A very, very pleasant experience.

The dining room is furnished in a modern style with individual lighting for each table (which makes the space a bit dark). The open kitchen is a plus. The service is precise, cheerful, well-timed, and not too formal. Both the dining room manager and the sommelier (who is also one of the two owners) are very friendly.
On Saturdays and Sundays, you cannot order à la carte; of the three menus available, we chose the classic one.
The entire menu was top-notch, from the amuse-bouche to the small pastries served with coffee. The dish that most impressed me was definitely the spaghetti cacio e pepe with marinated trout.
The wine list is as comprehensive as two encyclopedias.
The option of choosing a personalized wine list is very interesting, with wines paired with the dish you're eating without having to select a specific number of wines.

A special experience from the start, and I'm talking about the entrée. We chose a classic tasting menu, and with each course we grew increasingly satisfied with our choice. A menu I would describe as enjoyable and indulgent, with a succession of dishes that never lowered the bar. They were also very attentive to our tastes and personal requests, which aren't always easy to accommodate. The wine pairing was essential; the menu was excellent, and the sommelier was very pleasant in his explanations. The interior of the restaurant is very minimalist but comfortable. Overall, an excellent experience; we will definitely return with friends. Congratulations.

It's the restaurant that, a few years ago, opened up the world of exquisite cuisine and food/wine pairings to me. 🍷 I might not be objective, but even when we first came and were tempted by the tasting menu, we couldn't understand why this place didn't have a Michelin star. Now they have one, and it's well-deserved. 🤩
The great attention to customer service is noteworthy: they "invented" a menu for a vegetarian friend, it was touching. 😚
Andrea, the sommelier, is a force of nature, and his ability to surprise and delight is a quality that's far from obvious. On the other hand, his solid foundation and curiosity are reflected in a nearly infinite selection of wines.
The entire staff, from the friendly and experienced head waiter to the dining room staff, is trained to enhance this wonderful dining experience: everyone always has the right smile, never intrusive, is available when needed, and has a highly appreciated ability to work in a group. ☺️
In conclusion, if it weren't so far from home, we'd be here every week: is that enough to understand how exceptional it is?

Five because I reward those who put in the effort and a good dinner. The cheese and wine pairing was excellent, I'll remember it. I won't remember the zucchini dishes; I don't believe in their seasonal verve, I think they're good with berries. I think it's a more autumnal place. One criticism: I don't like presumption, and if I come to a Michelin-starred restaurant, I want to arrive with a clean slate, not with any expectation of wine or food knowledge. If I don't have that, I'll seem rude. I don't have that; I've tried many just out of curiosity, not to act like an expert. I won't judge you, except with a five, but don't judge those who come to you.
