Dinner. Appetizers: crostini and cod. Both very good. First course: paccheri with calamari and guanciale, unique and tasty. Strozzapreti with fish sauce, very good. Too full for dessert. Lovely evening.

Excellent restaurant, even though we ended up in a very noisy room with a large group next to us. The food was excellent, with very tasty seasonal ingredients. It features traditional dishes with a few reinterpretations, some excellent, others less so in my opinion (like the Taggiasca olives in the porcini tortelli), but the menu is sure to satisfy every need. I will definitely return to try other dishes I was interested in or that I saw being served at other tables. Prices are reasonable for the level of service, quality, and flavor of the dishes.

When I stay overnight in Longiano, I often dine at this restaurant.
I've always eaten very well, and every dish, from appetizer to dessert, is prepared with great care and quality ingredients.
The wine cellar is excellent.
The service has always been attentive and impeccable.
