From the first moment we were greeted by the owner, a man of rare kindness and wonderful company, capable of making everyone feel like special guests. The restaurant is meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail: every corner, every décor choice speaks of passion and love for hospitality. The food is simply sublime. Authentic dishes, prepared with quality ingredients and a mastery that captivates from the first bite to the last. Degli Archi Restaurant was a wonderful discovery. The warm, bohemian atmosphere, rich in detail, creates a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine is excellent: carefully crafted dishes, full flavors, and quality ingredients, with that elegant simplicity that truly enhances Tuscan tradition. The only flaw: the somewhat long wait. The owner, a truly kind and welcoming person, explained to us that this is partly due to the chef's choice to prepare only express dishes, without shortcuts. And indeed, the wait is worth it: each course arrives fresh, authentic, and perfectly balanced. A restaurant with personality, warmth, and high-quality cuisine. An absolutely worthwhile stop in Montepulciano; we'll definitely be back!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, intending to just grab a quick aperitivo. Needless to say, we were enchanted by the ambience and the quality of the food, so much so that we decided to stay for dinner. The staff's kindness and helpfulness were superb, as was their cuisine. If I had to recommend a restaurant in Montepulciano, I'd definitely recommend this one!

Very kind and knowledgeable staff, a good choice of appetizers and excellent meat... The only drawback is the rather high price.

Excellent restaurant where you can still appreciate authentic cuisine. The wine list is incredible, but I really appreciated the waiter's help. The owner is a friendly character, and it will be easy to get to know him; you can see his passion for cooking and catering in him. Thank you, we had a lovely evening.

Beautiful atmosphere and decor, some with breathtaking views. The food is superb and the service exceptionally friendly. We felt very comfortable here. The menu is also very extensive.
