Everything was perfect for dinner, but the typical Apulian focaccia was burnt just not acceptable! Both the bread and the stuffed versions were smoked ☹️...and the cherry tomato flavor was still delicious!!! Imagine what they would have been if they hadn't arrived burnt...😋😋😋😋

I was with a friend of mine who is passionate about food advisory, and I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the food, the refined environment, and the love for cooking. Maurizia will welcome you and will illustrate the dishes in this culinary experience. Inside there is a room used as a shop, obviously with products from Puglia. In the photos we took 2 gourmet pizzas. Silky dough, 36 hours of leavening, not too crunchy but tender and tasty, just how I like it.

Cozy, elegant, yet informal restaurant with a beautiful outdoor porch. Excellent food: from appetizers to main courses, both meat and fish. Very welcoming, kind and always attentive staff.

We were at the Dal Pugliese restaurant in Creazzo this evening with my family and we were thrilled. From the start you can feel the welcoming atmosphere, the place is large, with attention to detail and the staff is kind and very attentive. We accompanied the dinner with a bottle of Vermentino di San Marzano, fresh and fragrant, truly excellent. The appetizers were a triumph of flavors: the extraordinary Polpette di Pina, the creamy burrata and the Fav’e Cicoria that brought to mind the scents of our homeland. Among the first courses, the orecchiette with turnip tops and the egg tagliatelle in cream of shrimp won us over, as did the baked sea bass cutlet, not only delicious but also presented with great care. The dish of the day also lived up to expectations. We couldn’t help but give in to the desserts: pink grapefruit sorbet and pasticciotto, both delicious. And to top it off, a homemade liqueur made by the owner, one of the best I've ever tasted. The focaccia served at the table was simply perfect, fragrant and tasty, as only Puglia knows how to make. With the Puglia roots that belong to us, we really felt at home. A beautiful evening, with excellent food, warmth and tradition. We will definitely be back.

I had dinner at this restaurant yesterday, Wednesday, (weekday) the atmosphere was very quiet. Given the beautiful evening, I chose to sit directly outside in a space where the tables were well spaced for privacy. The rooms inside seemed well-kept to me. The staff is very kind and welcoming, I would add competent in giving information on the quality of the ingredients and the composition of the dishes. It certainly does not have the price of a trattoria and it is right that way, since the quality of the ingredients is excellent and the research in the recipe is not trivial. The breading of the appetizer is dry and fragrant and you can feel the sweetness and consistency of the shrimp, which marries well with the acidity of the accompanying sauce. The pork fillet is very tender and balanced in flavors placed on a wine reduction. I leave the "Pugliese" focaccia for last because it is the best I have ever eaten. It is served automatically, together with delicious taralli and Apulian bread, once you have chosen the menu. In a slice of that focaccia there is a perfect balance of flavors; it is as if you were tasting two dishes in one slice. In the initial part you feel that softness on the surface with the filling of cherry tomatoes dry to the point, then when you get to the crust the consistency becomes completely crunchy and you can clearly feel the aroma of the spice and the delicate flavor of the olive oil, abundant in cooking as it should be, but to the point. In short, this focaccia is an experience. Don't forget to try the mandarin-flavored spoon sorbet, a delicate flavor with that very light slightly bitter note on the finish to end the dinner in style. Of course I recommend it.
