We ate very well. Nice choice, very kind and very welcoming environment. Renovated in some elements. The beans and chicory are really super and the orecchiette with turnip tops are really good. As for dessert, the sweet and salty one is really out of this world.

The place is welcoming, the staff friendly. They make good typical dishes of Apulian cuisine, revisited. The raw materials used are good. The prices are centered, except for the second courses, which in my opinion are a little high.

I have been wanting to come here for a while and I am glad we did. The staff is well trained and very nice, the service is excellent. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly well. We enjoyed all 4 dishes we ordered and the desserts too. Highly recommended. When the place gets fall, it gets pretty noisy and loud. We arrived early so we didn’t get bothered much by that as we left soon after it got crowded and loud. I would still happily come back here!

07/04/2025: The environment was nice, clean and welcoming, the staff were very kind and friendly, the food, what can I say, everything was very, very good, excellent gnocchi, the ragu was very good, the second courses were very good, the aubergine chips were delicious... the desserts were exceptional... I will definitely be back... well done.
30/03/2025: Trattoria of excellence. In the smallest town in Italy we find this trattoria which is now, if not already, historic. The recipes of the cuisine are passed down from generation to generation. The famous gnocchi of those places were born in Laghi and not in Posina and these are exquisite to try: delicious dough and sauces that are widely served accompanying them. Exquisite roe deer, soft on the tongue and tasty, to be enjoyed with their aubergines. More than courteous and attentive service. No surprises on the bill. Compliments to them and the trattoria, but we could define it as a small restaurant, highly recommended.
