Il pesce è freschissimo. Il piatto di gran crudo è ottimo, ma un po’ scarso a mio avviso. Il resto delle pietanze più abbondanti invece, e molto curate. Il fritto non eccezionale. Ottimo il dessert. Servizio e cortesia impeccabili.

Ritornati per il nostro anniversario di matrimonio ed è stato un piacere. Servizio gentile e professionale, ambiente soft e romantico con tavoli non troppo vicini. Ampia scelta nel menù di crudite e cibi cotti ,qualità e freschezza. Ampia carta vini. Consigliato.

L'ARROSTICINO

31/03/2024: Viaggio nei sapori della cucina regionale abruzzese in questo locale posto in un zona appena periferica di Parma. Ovviamente, grande risalto alle carni e ai classici arrosticini ma tutte le proposte, servite in stoviglie di terracotta, rimandano a tradizioni antiche di una cucina povera ma dai sapori forti. Gentile, professionale e con i giusti tempi il servizio, anche in una giornata faticosa come il pranzo di Pasqua, con il locale, meritatamente, pieno. Discreta la carta dei vini e buoni i dolci. Molto gradita l'entrata di benvenuto e i confetti di Sulmona alla fine del pasto: l'Abruzzo e' terra generosa ed ospitale anche quando e' in trasferta! Conto assolutamente corretto.
20/03/2024: Since there are not many places that offer typical Abruzzo cuisine in the area, L'Arrosticino manages to stand out thanks to a traditional proposal that appears to be designed from the heart. Excellent flavors, good quality materials and a well-curated selection of wines, with very honest markups. The dessert, accompanied by the cantucci, was much appreciated, as was the small initial welcome. Surely if I feel like meat or something different, I will think of this place from now on.

Al Panigaccio

28/02/2024: Eaten in the courtyard inside the castle walls, beautiful setting - Excellent dinner based on panigacci, a particular round bread cooked on "testi" and typical of the area; pleasant atmosphere, quick and friendly service. It is worth taking a walk in the accessible parts of the castle, especially the large terrace on the keep. Highly recommended
