This restaurant, on the road from Ceva to Nucetto, is a small family-run place that goes almost unnoticed. Even the interior does not allow for an impressive setting, but everything is harmonious and clean, almost as if preparing the guest for a tasting of flavors characterized by local products expertly prepared and appropriately presented. What I appreciated most was the possibility of feeling the flavor of the individual ingredients expertly used in a sober way, but with the ability to restore the pleasure of taste in an authentic and refined way.

It has never happened to me to return to a restaurant twice in one week. Well yes. On the provincial road from Ceva to Nucetto I discovered this fantastic little restaurant. Meanwhile, the welcome of the owner Lorenzo assisted by his mother, in the kitchen his father Gianni, welcomed us with a smile and pampered us all evening. Simple venue max 20 seats. The dishes worthy of the best "starred" ones. Given the mushroom and truffle area close to the restaurant, very fresh and super fragrant. Sublime appetizer: undergrowth mushrooms in the oven on a bed of chestnut leaves. Egg hidden by a cream cheese with mushrooms and truffle flakes. Two dishes to be reordered almost immediately. Tajerin with superlative truffles. For seconds, a triumph of fried mushrooms to be eaten with your hands without the fried grease. Finally rare rump wrapped with bacon made by dad Gianni. All the vegetables and herbs taken care of by the mother. To finish the indescribable desserts I want to go back another time then I'll tell you about them. Excellent wine list. Excellent value for money. Personally, I have done 60+60 km but I am happy to tackle them again and return. Well done, very well done.
