Good, very good at traditional Piedmontese recipes. I recommend the agnolotti with roast sauce, the braised beef in Barolo, the fried mushrooms, the tajarin with truffle. Good prices for the quality. Cold environment, perfectible just by changing the paintings on the wall and with lighting taken care of by those who know how to do it. The service has always been a question of the right balance, it still needs some work. I will definitely return.

In a simple and cozy room, with a few tables, Lorenzo and his mother serve typical Piedmontese dishes such as finanziera, veal with tuna sauce, tagliolini with mushrooms, tripe, hazelnut cake with hot zabaglione, prepared with skill and with ingredients found in the surrounding area at km 0. Each dish is accompanied by a short and careful description. You feel pampered. Good wine list. I recommend it as a stop on the way to or from Liguria. Reasonable prices.

It was a really fantastic evening. With only a day requested in advance, they managed to prepare an excellent vegan menu, next to their normal menu, with much live and passion. All the food is regional and seasonal, from this village or the next, and biodynamical.
It was a really special night eating and being in this restaurant. Thank you for that!
