A quiet and clean place, welcoming owners, local dishes with interesting twists.

If there were two Michelin Stars they would be fully deserved. Great place, sober tastes and colors like Armani, tone on tone. Heavenly dishes, harmonious in taste, no false notes, emotional organ harmony of the palate that rises to heaven. Truly Exceptional.
I usually return to a place traveling miles for just one dish. I will definitely return here for all the dishes, increasing the palate scale to enter the Olympus of taste.
Experience to celebrate, super, super recommended!!!
We would like to thank Giovanni, the father and stellar chef, his son who is the mastermind behind the wines and the excellent host, the mother who welcomes and pampers you and the staff, the very kind and well-prepared Giulia. Congratulations to all the Winning Staff!! Keep going!!
Twenty seats for the Olympus of taste destination! Well done!!!!

Externally the location presents itself in its linear simplicity.
Internally, the room with well-set tables, also totally free of redundant frills, seems to suggest an intimate invitation to read the menu and wine list.
From this point on everything changes and is transformed into a bold, succulent taste' (from the Piedmontese ..... tasting) of dishes of the true Piedmontese tradition masterfully executed by chef Gianni, told in a technical and detailed way by Marcella and Lorenzo quoting the origin of the products offered, the history of the dishes offered.
Welcome entree with small samples of local cooked salami, fried agnolotto stuffed with borage and mountain toma and amazing amuse bouche gintonic gelée.
Followed by: superb tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, copper vegetable broth with local aromatic herbs (primarily borage), sweet potato balls, sheets of black truffle and hard-boiled quail egg, capable of evoking the ancient suggestions of the fabulous soups of our grandmothers.
Stewed tripe with amazing cannellini beans, the Finanziera with unparalleled dry Marsala, the stack of fried mushrooms, an impeccable delight for the palate.........
All accompanied by Ormeasco Superiore suggested by Lorenzo Biga (sommelier and maitre de salle): a nectar that tastes of blackberries and roses with a pinch of salinity brought by the sea wind that caresses the local vineyards.
Savoy-style desserts: zabaglione, meliga pastries with arquebuse, dark chocolate sphere, sage panna cotta, 'persi pien' (baked peaches stuffed with amaretti biscuits and chocolate cream) just to name a few.....
An apotheosis of sublime flavors at a truly competitive price: a big round of applause to the Biga family with the hope that their tenacity and commitment will lead to well-deserved goals.
see you very soon!

Phenomenal place, I've come several times and I can say that it has the quality/care of a starred one and costs 1/3. Few times have I felt so comfortable in a restaurant like *Da vittorio*. Keep it up, well done!

Wonderful experience in this recently renovated little restaurant. Each dish is studied down to the smallest detail to elevate the Piedmontese tradition using strictly local and top quality ingredients, including even the water served at the table and used to make the bread!!! We took two different tasting menus, one carnivorous and one vegetarian, and each course was absolutely delicious. I am a vegetarian and I had no problems, I was guided in choosing dishes to replace in the tasting menu and I was enthusiastic about it. The wine is also very good. What can I say, congratulations to the whole family! I will absolutely come back.

We were tipped by the host of our B&B, and the experience sure lived up beyond any expectation! We were welcomed very friendly by Lorenzo, who waited our table. The restaurant is completely family owned and run. All share a great passion for food, local terroir and love to talk passionately about it. This love is reflected in the dishes served. Every single dish was well presented perfectly portioned and reflected the phenomenal simplicity of food prepared to perfection. We chose the menu which features local products, among black truffles, which were used in abundance in the dishes.
This restaurant is a true hidden gem for food enthusiasts, traveling to this region. the combination of fine dining and local products was a fantastic experience, and the dishes tasted heavenly.
We were lucky, to have fresh porcini available and had them served fried. one of the specialties of the restaurant. it is unlike anything else I ever had and well worth the detour!
When traveling in the area we will most definitely return!
Thanks for our wonderful evening and keep doing your thing!

It is the fourth time I have tried this restaurant and every time it is a unique experience: both the exceptional food and the welcome that deserves 5 stars. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the exemplary research of raw materials to the care in the presentation of the dishes, everything reveals a true and authentic passion. To return and return

superb restaurant in Nocetto where you can enjoy zero km delicacies taking advantage of all the best of the territory. There are four menus but you can choose to eat à la carte. The presentation of the dishes is choreographic as is the explanation of the courses. Excellent wines. Kindness and hospitality free parking within walking distance. I advise you to book well in advance especially at the weekend because the place is in great demand. Excellent value for money considering the very high quality of the raw materials

The restaurant is on the provincial road to the sea: an excellent location to stop and enjoy the culinary offerings, some problems due to traffic noise, especially in summer, when the windows are wide open. And this is the sore point: there is no air conditioning system, at least in the room above. Which makes the evening a little less splendid.
The family management does not detract from the excellent professionalism with which you are welcomed, including a very glamorous/intimate initial narration that puts your taste buds in excellent predisposition.
After four welcome entrees, accompanied by a gin and tonic jelly, to be tried at the end of the tasting, the ordered dishes arrive. And it's a riot.
You can follow the proposed routes (of three different types and costs) or choose from the courses on the menu. Porcini mushrooms uber alles, both in the "undergrowth" and fried version. Dumplings and tajarin worth trying again and again (ramen also enjoys an excellent reputation, but the outside temperature strongly discouraged it), meats of all kinds (the presentation of the veal with tuna sauce is beautiful), 0 km vegetables (in fact, almost 2), and the evening is completed with a tasting of desserts, among which the short sage cream cannot be missed.
The price is high, but the quality of the ingredients and cuisine is worth it.
