I went back after many years because I wasn't particularly impressed the first time... on the contrary.
I confirm my first impression. The food is good but it gives me the idea of "I would like but I can't". It poses as an exclusive restaurant complete with a concierge that seems more suited to a nightclub on the Romagna Riviera, the environment is chaotic, high prices
If you act as an exclusive restaurant and the bill to pay is for an exclusive restaurant there should be no children screaming and/or being entertained during dinner with iPads playing cartoons at unbearable volumes.
Either you are exclusive or you are not.

Excellent restaurant with a large menu of both meat and fish.
The quality of the raw materials is high, even if some choices left us a little perplexed (e.g. serving the anchovies in their tin accompanied by croutons - see photo).
The desserts are high quality pastry, truly exceptional. They have a talented pastry chef dedicated to them, congratulations!
Given the prices, the internal environment could be more formal or elegant.

Nice location, good service, good food, but the quality of the food does not match the exorbitant price they offer.
Therefore, I recommend going there but with the knowledge that you will spend at least €50/60 each

It is not easy for me to write this review. I have long doubted how many stars to give it.
Is it possible to make a cuisine that cannot be defined as bad, but rather good, but that, apart from the palate, does not reach other places? Probably yes. We have ordered 4 starters and 4 starters, some very good, others good and others less so. The service was very attentive, but without that authentic friendliness that is so often found in Sardinia. I'm very sorry to say it, but it seemed to me to be a place without soul, with an unattractive aesthetic, even somewhat kitsch and a little expensive, even taking into account the quality of the raw materials.
But the worst of all is something that I discovered later, that is, the owner's responses to the negative reviews here on Google Maps, some real small child tantrums. If I had read them before, frankly, I would not have gone to this restaurant.

Ogni volta che andiamo a Santa teresa non può mancare una visita da Thomas. Questa volta sono state due, per una serie di fortunate coincidenze.
La prima sera siamo arrivati alle 23.20 e ci hanno puntualmente accolto. Abbiamo gustato come antipasto una selezione di salumi e formaggi locali, molto originale, succulenta ed elegantemente presentata accompagnata da miele e confetture di frutta. Uno spaghetto grano Felicetti con gamberi e scampi: qualità e cottura della pasta perfette, condimento ottimo, da leccarsi le.dita. Per secondo Abbiamo preso la regina del mare, una bella aragosta alla catalana, sapientemente cucinata e presentata in un coreografico accostamento con pomodori e cipolle. Da bere una bottiglia di Trento doc Ferrari, acqua, caffè e un Laphroig.
La seconda sera abbiamo ordinato un plateau di crudi, completo di muscoli, fasolari, cannolicchi, ostriche, gamberi, scampi, julienne di seppia, tagliata di dentice, tutto freschissimo e di livello. Una caprese di gambero, una bellissima orata di mare da un chilo, al forno con patate e pomodorini: squisita. Come Dessert il buonissimo yellow. Una bottiglia di Franciacorta Chardonnay Pinot nero, acqua,caffè e un Laphroig.
Conti in linea con la grande qualità e preparazione del cibo, oltre alla professionalità del servizio che è stato impeccabile e all'altezza delle aspettative. Ovviamente straconsigliato
