I often come to Bar Vecchio Bar Del Minister and it's always a pleasure. The menu is varied and refined, with delicious sandwiches, salads and aperitifs, and the choice of drinks is also super! The staff is very kind, especially the waitress, always smiling and attentive. My French bulldog is also a loyal customer: he is always welcomed with kindness and enjoys the moment as much as I do. Highly recommended!

11/10/2025: 10+++ extraordinary, from the super friendly owner to his sister who is a great cook, the place is very spartan but very clean, the bathroom is shiny, and the food... a real treat, exquisitely excellent, I hope to come back soon, and to you who are reading this review, stop by, you will thank me 👍🏼

I'm giving two stars to the service because on a Saturday night, with only three tables occupied, waiting an hour for two pizzas and two first courses seems excessive. I'm giving two stars only to encourage the management...otherwise, everything else is always excellent.

26/03/2025: Con amici sono ritornato in questo storico locale per organizzare un prossimo evento. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla cordialità del titolare e dall' abbondanza dei cibi. Il locale dispone di ampi spazi per eventi e tavolate..... consigliato vivamente....alla prossima.
23/02/2025: Bella trattoria, dove veramente si mangia bene e si spende il giusto! Antipasto misto di salumi e crostini della tradizione maremmana, poi abbiamo preso pizze e gnocchi ai porcini...per finire dolce e caffè. L'impasto della pizza era molto friabile, condita a puntino con ottimi prodotti; gli gnocchi erano ben fatti ed il sugo ai porcini idem. Cheesecake al limoncello e un tre cioccolati hanno concluso in bellezza la cena. Il viaggio ne vale la pena fidatevi!
