Ristorante da Silvio In Sirolo

Well done!!! We hadn't been to Silvio for years due to the terrible and unacceptable practice of double shifts This year he developed a fantastic APP that allowed us to book dinner at normal times. So we went often. Simple but excellent fish cuisine. Good choice of wines and extraordinary location. For me Silvio has represented "holiday" for at least 30 years and the happiness of being able to return for the dinner time I want is infinite. Too bad the bread is a little too simple and the fries aren't there!

Suggestive panorama, immersed in nature just a stone's throw from the sea. Fish-based menu, we tasted ciavattoni and chitarrine, ragusa and fried anchovies and dessert, all really good. Prices were normal. Not so easy to get to the restaurant. But it's worth it

Sempre una conferma. Servizio, cucina, locale, panorama, atmosfera assolutamente top. Favoloso. Paccheri squisiti (abbiamo fatto la scarpetta anche sulla padella) e frittura imbattibile.

Beautiful view & location, but we weren’t impressed with the food. I had gnocchi and my friend had seafood tagliatelle. 2x drinks each and 2x mains came up to €61.

How nice, after several years when, like many of our acquaintances, we had given up going to Silvio's due to the intolerable and unacceptable custom of double shifts, this year he surprised us with a very useful and intuitive APP that allowed us to book dinner at human times. We have thus managed to go often and return to enjoy the excellent cuisine, the splendid location and the kind and informal service. The cuisine is typical with tasty and abundant dishes, the pot of chitarrine or tagliatelle are "a lot of stuff" I would make the only improvement on the bread, a little "anonymous", perhaps scones or breadsticks would be more suitable. I just hope they don't think about it again with the double shift which would force us to have to discard it again. GOOD

After a long walk to the splendid Sassi Neri beach, we stopped for lunch at Silvio's. We booked on site and enjoyed an excellent fried prawn, squid and paranza, accompanied by an exceptional spaghetti with seafood. The free shuttle service was very useful, and the atmosphere of the beach, with its excellent view, made the experience even more pleasant. A place to recommend!

Basterebbe la vista, potrebbero approfittarsene come fanno molti ristoranti vista mare ed invece siamo rimasti soddisfatti sia del cibo che del servizio. Il conto è stato senz'altro adeguato al tutto. Raguse in porchetta, frittura di pesce, pasta allo scoglio, alcuni dei piatti ordinati, tutto ottimo ed in porzioni generose. Collegandomi a una recensione precedente siamo stati avvisati chiaramente per le padelle roventi in tavola. Personale cortese e sorridente. Lo consiglierei.
