Being from Lecce, my husband and I found ourselves in Otranto for a walk. We really wanted some fried fish, but since my husband is allergic to shellfish, it was the only place where they accommodated us by frying it with oil separately for him. The result was excellent. We will return. Thanks Giuseppe and Francesca

We went to this place for dinner on August 14th. Its location in the central alleys of Otranto is distinctive. What can I say? A pleasant discovery. I had delicious seafood risotto and excellent fried calamari. The others had orecchiette with turnip tops and orecchiette with cheese sauce, both very good as well. The staff was kind and attentive. Service was quick and satisfying. I would increase the portions a little, but that's just my suggestion! I would definitely go back!

We visited Da Sergio as a couple on the recommendation of friends and were not disappointed. Our waiter, Fabio, was unobtrusively present and did an excellent job. We were very satisfied with all three courses and would also like to emphasize the value for money. We really like the location, as you can sit quietly while still being able to stroll a bit.

A lovely place just steps from the Aragonese Castle. All the dishes are excellent, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The octopus in a pot, especially, is a must-try!

Grazioso ristorante nel centro storico di Otranto. Abbiamo mangiato sia pesce (polpo in pignata) che piatti della tradizione (orecchiette). Piatti discreti e ottimo servizio.

Ottimo ristorante. Piatti di pesce squisito. Pesce fresco e ottimamente preparato. Raccomando l’orata all’acqua pazza e il polpo. Personale attento e disponibile.

23/08/2025: We happened to be at this stretch of beach in not-so-great swimming weather, and we were hungry. The staff was very friendly and helpful – they immediately spoke to the children in a friendly manner and even offered a high chair. The food was excellent (fish, meat, pasta, salad). The prices were a bit high due to the fresh ingredients. Nevertheless, the restaurant is highly recommended!
26/07/2025: Clean and quiet beach. Service costs are in line with the beaches north of Otranto.

Sascianne

31/10/2025: We stopped by Sascianne for its reopening. We were welcomed by Giovanna and Claudio, two hosts worthy of the name. We ordered an appetizer and ravioli. We'd already won us over with the appetizer, but the lobster ravioli in shrimp ragù absolutely blew us away. Everything was exquisite and carefully prepared, but above all, light and flavorful. We finished with a Nutella panna cotta. In short, we'll definitely be returning to this little restaurant in a truly unique location.
26/09/2025: The fish appetizer and pizza were top-notch. Oreste is a fantastic restaurateur. He has completely transformed Sascianne, bringing it to a whole new level. A highly recommended place.
