We stopped at this place by chance and it was a pleasant surprise!! Excellent quality food!! The fish was very fresh and well cooked!! Tasty but delicate flavors!! Excellent service!! Welcoming place!!

New and fresh atmosphere... Excellent quality dishes!! Beautiful, succulent portions... I recommend trying the fish dishes, especially the seafood morsels! The wait staff was attentive and very helpful... Thanks for a lovely evening! We'll be back!!

We booked for Ferragosto, certain of previous experiences where we had a great time, I must say that the place is really very welcoming but, this time we didn't eat well at all, apart from the grilled fish which was really very good, the rest was not great both in flavour and quantity, minimal appetizers for 5 adults a dish of mussels in white with no flavour, not to mention the fregola and the paccheri, raw, and the flavours non-existent a dish on top of that for 5 people I find absurd, the only positive note was the service excellent, shame we expected something more as it has always been 😞

While on vacation in Cagliari, we discovered this restaurant, Da Paolo. We were greeted by smiling and welcoming waiters and waitresses. The well-maintained, airy, and bright atmosphere and the dishes were prepared with skill and, above all, love. We ordered the Sardinian fregola and the fried calamari, which deserve praise. It's a restaurant you'll want to return to again and again.

Sunday lunch with friends. A restaurant with plenty of seating. Discovered by chance. It was a pleasant surprise, with generous portions and excellent execution. The appetizers were delicious and very fresh, including a seafood selection called Ventaglio. The seafood first courses were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the tricolor spaghetti (pictured). The staff were kind and friendly.

The service was impeccable: the staff were friendly, attentive, but never intrusive. The wait times were reasonable, and they always made us feel pampered. Excellent value. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone who loves good food and a complete culinary experience.

11/11/2025: My partner and I took a long road trip all over Sardinia, stopping to eat at different restaurants every day to try everything. It was always delicious, but we ended up going over the same things again and again. The meal we had in Cerchio Rosso was by far the best of the whole trip. The place is lovely and pleasant, the waiters and waitresses are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food is absolutely amazing. It's based on local specialties, but prepared beautifully, with great flair but without any unnecessary frills. The dishes are quite unexpected; it's truly, truly delicious. Plus, the best idea we saw during our trip, after trying so much, is that they offer half portions of pasta! That way you can try several different kinds! I had pasta three times... They also have vegetarian options, and I think they offer to make dishes vegetarian if needed (my partner is vegetarian)! For the wine, we followed the waiter's recommendation, who paired us with three wines by the glass, and it was fantastic. It was just so, so good; we'll definitely go back if we return to Sardinia.

18/10/2025: I happened upon it by chance with friends, and they delighted us with a menu featuring locally sourced seafood, generous portions, and reasonable prices. The staff were helpful and welcoming.
15/10/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant, we had the menu that included appetizers, first course, second course and then to finish on a sweet note, the dessert, the Jvj cup 💜.. well what can I say, everything was DELICIOUS. We really had a great time.
