Rustic and welcoming atmosphere. The owner is extremely kind, putting you at ease and making you feel right at home. The kitchen is efficient: well-prepared and tasty dishes. A plus is that they're open to making any changes to the menu, a rare thing these days in restaurants where the menu is often rigidly pre-packaged. Quick and friendly service. An experience worth repeating.

Superlative! This is the only word I can use to describe "Da Paolino," a restaurant I loved everything about: the location, the staff, and the food. I'd call the menu "concrete," with a varied menu but dishes firmly rooted in local and seasonal food and wine traditions! I'd say I preferred one dish over another, but in reality, everything deserves an honorable mention. The bruschetta with truffle and with scamorza and radicchio are absolutely unmissable, as are their first courses of homemade pasta made "with sincerity" (not the kind passed off as homemade and then bought at the local store or, even worse, bought at some cash-and-carry!!!). The choice of second courses was interesting; instead of meat, we chose a grilled pecorino with honey... a poetry of flavors and textures that's hard to put into words. Our self-esteem prevented us from having seconds, but it will certainly be a good reason to return. Finally, indulge in their desserts, made with a delicious, perfectly sweet yellow cream. After all, when quality and passion are put into a dish, there's no need for any gimmicks to make it better. Highly recommended!

On vacation from Tuscany to Abruzzo with my partner, I stumbled upon a place run by people who work with love and heart. At Paolino, you can truly taste the good food made with passion. Ask Paolo for wine recommendations, and you'll have no problems! Excellent service, they never leave the customer alone! Highly recommended!

If I could, the stars would have been unlimited. A dear friend, Achille, recommended this place to me. I loved it even more now. The quality is excellent. The menu may seem simple, but it's addictive. The management and staff are like family. The service is fast and perfect. I discovered an enchanting place in Pesco Costanzo, "PAOLINO." The price is underestimated for the quality and service.

Reservations are difficult to make, but when you do, eating there is a unique experience. The staff is very attentive and everyone is very courteous. The ingredients are excellent and the dishes are all well-prepared.

We visited Paolino's as a couple, with a stroller in tow for our 5-month-old baby, and were greeted with great kindness and friendliness. The staff is attentive and helpful, even for those of us traveling with a newborn. Regarding the food, there's really little to add to the many rave reviews: excellent quality, traditional dishes prepared with care and served with professionalism. Reserving was very easy, even though it was a weekend: we'd read it could be complicated, but in our case we had no problems (maybe it's more difficult in winter, I don't know). We can't wait to return, if we find a spot 😄

Consigliatomj per degustare il tartufo, ho visitato questo ristorante con grandi aspettative che sono state tutte soddisfatte. Personale gentile e accogliente, molto professionale. La cucina è realmente realizzata con cura. Bruschetta al tartufo 7,5 Bruschetta scamorza e radicchio 8 Tagliolino (fatto in casa)cacio,pepe e tartufo 10 Coniglio all’ arancia 9 Costolette di agnello 10 Caciocavallo 8. L’unica pecca, per trovare il pelo nell’uovo, a mio parere , l’arredo un po vintage.

Ambiente molto carino e caldo, siamo stati accolti con garbo e gentilezza dalla padrona di casa la quale ci ha guidato nelle scelte del cibo . Benvenuto con due ottime bruschette, poi una stupenda polenta con il cinghiale, ottimi i primi con il tartufo ed anche la pasta fresca alla pescolana . Buonissimi i secondi, agnello alla brace e formaggio grigliato, ottimi i dolci. Il conto è onesto
