Ristorante da Paolino In Pescocostanzo

Truly spectacular, the service was excellent and the food was delicious

I was lucky enough to stay in Pescocostanzo on a Tuesday and find a place at Paolino's... we had a great time!!

We were last night at ''Paolino'', well a great discovery in Pescocostanzo, the very welcoming place is spread over three levels, each room is very characteristic, we were immediately welcomed by Paolo and a girl with a smile and friendliness (no small feat) made us choose the room and table that we liked best. They were super attentive and professional, especially because my daughter is Celiac but at Paolino she enjoyed sweeping and enjoying dinner with us, super knowledgeable on the subject (something I can't find even in the city. We took their starter, which has local delicacies, orange rabbit and spectacular lamb chops. Then to conclude their sweet creqna with salted caramel, everything Accompanied by a good Nebbiolo!! The only two pieces of advice I can give are the booking method (I highly recommend online) and expanding the wine list because a restaurant of this level deserves more choice!! But I absolutely recommend the restaurant, not only for the food but for the love that this family puts into their work! See you soon 😉

Just a few words.. I have never eaten so well in my entire life, and I have eaten in starred places.. But those ravioli with gorgonzola and pears, and that cacio e pepe are for me the tastiest dish I have ever eaten.. See do I recommend it? Obvious! If you pass by Pescocostanzo and don't stop to eat there, you will regret it bitterly!

You can eat well in a good place. Very difficult to find a place and book. Better to order complex dishes, simple ones lack a bit of attention in the kitchen.

We know Paolo, Roberto and the whole family very well: they are extraordinary people, always kind and welcoming, as is their staff, which is truly exceptional. The cuisine is impeccable, with traditional Abruzzo dishes prepared with passion and quality ingredients. Each visit is an unforgettable culinary experience. I recommend booking in advance because the place is in great demand, especially during high season. Absolutely must try!

Una vera chicca, curata nei minimi dettagli fra il senso di accoglienza che ogni angolo del locale trasmette e la gustosità e qualità che ogni piatto traspira questo locale rimarrà nella nostra memoria. Il personale era attento e gentile e ci hanno offerte delle ottime bruschette come benvenuto e degli amari per concludere in bellezza.

Superb experience! Courteous people, really welcoming. The preparation of the dough is special, they roll it out on the spot. My wife had a fabulous polenta, I had truffle fettuccine. Truly number one. Even the child was super happy with his ravioli. The carefully prepared desserts are not a frill but a true completion. No problem our little dog (super added value)

In visita a Pescocostanzo in una giornata uggiosa ci fermiamo in questo posto difficile da catalogare. Piccolo ma bellissimo, atmosfera magica, personale gentilissimo e cucina spettacolare utilizzando i prodotti locali. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Pasta fresca fatta da loro .
