This place is magical, a friend of mine from Florence recommended it to me. Delicious appetizers of crostini with liver and mushrooms, pasta sul gallo a must to try because you can try it in few places and finally a nice 1.5kg slice of Florentine steak, super super good.

In short. We chose Padellina for a dinner with old friends. Traditional food, good, nothing surprising. Good but not very generous croutons, artichokes in oil probably from the supermarket, quality cold cuts. The steak could be improved, the cut was good but slightly cold inside. Mediocre desserts. The soul of the place is the owner, the waiter is very grumpy. Reasonable prices on the menu, the total bill a scandal, truly out of place for a trattoria outside Florence. The plague of tourist inflation also reaches Strada, which is truly a shame.

Con l'intento di pranzare fuori città, a Firenze, il web mi ha suggerito, tra altri, questo ristorante, non molto distante, che ho scelto dopo avere avuto il conforto delle buone recensioni su TripAdvisor. Ebbene, siamo rimasti piena soddisfatti. Buoni i salumi, ma ancora più buoni i primi, almeno la pasta e fagioli e le penne su ragù di gallo che abbiamo assaggiato. Eccellente, poi, la bistecca, tra le migliori mai mangiato. Prezzo coerente con la quantità e la qualità del pranzo. Da ritornarci assolutamente.

It was recommended to us and never has the choice been more appropriate: a typical "provincial" place with walls full of photos and memories that suits the atmosphere of the place well.
The service and price were excellent, while the Fiorentina and the desserts were simply exceptional
