Such a nive place in front of the port We order mineral water and the water was not cold at all. Twice the change the bottle and even the water was not happy with the service they give us. We ordered there famous paste made from the past 59 years … if you dont like olives do not order it… also big confusion with one of the 2 orders. Not sure the have a 4.3 score … maybe 3.9…

If you go to Carloforte it is a must to stop by Nicolo's to eat his delicious Tuna. I highly recommend

Pleasant environment, attentive service. Good food, but nothing memorable, contrary to the bill. Very small portions.

So having eaten at the oasi at 12 p.m. I expected a lot more for a 1 star restaurant in the Michelin guide. It's true that my 50 euro starter was a real disaster, I had a tasting of raw seafood and was disappointed with the lack of seasoning and especially the fact of having to take out the guts of the raw shrimp which in my opinion is unacceptable in a restaurant of such a rating. The second course was a real discovery and a real delight, ending in apotheosis with a caramel cheesecake that I enjoyed with my wife. Conclusion 2/3 of the dishes were a real discovery, but the 50 euro dish was a disappointment. But it must be said that the quality of the seafood was impeccable. I have added some photos. For the service we had professional service and a sommelier who recommended great wines. Not all servers are this good!
