If you want to eat well in Savona, the restaurant/pizzeria "Da Nicola" is a must. We've been there several times (most recently yesterday) and have always had a great time; both the dishes, including seafood, and the pizzas are excellent. The place is welcoming, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Kudos to the owner, who knows how to best advise you on the various daily specials.

A historic Savona pizzeria, its interior is very distinctive, with dozens of ceramic tiles signed by famous people who have passed through. The pizza and food are OK, but the service is "meager" and the friendliness is lacking.

We got off a cruise ship to visit the city of Savona and by chance we went into this place to eat and it's definitely 100% recommended

We went for lunch! The staff were friendly and super helpful, even with our dogs (they brought us a bowl of water right away). We had pizza (the Ligurian rabbit pizza is really good!), desserts, and coffee. Everything was excellent, we'll definitely be back.

06/01/2026: Excellent little restaurant on the port of Savona. Very intimate and welcoming. Its chef was very hospitable and kind. We tried winter seafood dishes, all of which were perfect. The combination of fish and chestnuts, for example, was fabulous. The mussels in tomato sauce were delicious, both stuffed and plain. The first courses, both gnocchi and tagliolini, were all delicious. The fried fish was perfect, and the desserts, strictly homemade, were truly wonderful. The wine was excellent. We'll be back and we highly recommend it.
05/01/2026: I took my wife to this restaurant, we ate divinely fresh fish and really good dishes, a truly welcoming atmosphere.
