Cozy restaurant and very good food. The girls are very kind.

Lovely restaurant with v friendly service so we went back for a second night. We had fava bean puree and greens the first night and roast lamb the following- everything was delicious. Highly recommend the selection of antipasti.

The restaurant is a gem!!!! We liked everything: the service is excellent (the lady even gave us tips for visiting the surrounding area). The place is very quiet and the atmosphere is nice. The food is so EXCELLENT. We tasted the mixed antipasto and the discovery of the 6 dishes was great. The pasta and dessert were also sooo good. The wine is excellent. We could come back just for the restaurant as it was a great discovery :)

A small and charming restaurant, it's very pleasant in the evening, the atmosphere is romantic and the staff is very friendly. The food was not extraordinary, it was just good. I recommend the chocolate gelato, it is special.

The place to be in "Sassi di Matera". Beautiful location, perfect service and, above all, delicious authentic dishes. Not too commercial, just do what you are good at. For two people: aperitif, bottle of primitivo wine, starter, main course and dessert for only €100/couple. Highly recommended !

One of the better appointed restaurants we had the chance to see in Sassi di Matera. It’s just off the side of a busy touristy street and it felt really cosy, allowing us to dip in the amazing atmosphere of this historic region without being too crowded and loud. We had no reservation but the staff welcomed us without hesitation and set us up with a table, fulfilling our demands for an outside setting so we can smoke, despite being a busy night and having no prior reservations. Took a while to take our orders but the food was excellent and the pricing was reasonable for the area. The wine they serve by the glass was good enough, albeit being a bit pricy - €6 for a glass when mid-range bottles are around €24-5 seems on the expensive side. The menu was simple yet elegant and they serve the traditional essentials for the region - just how I like it.

Il luogo, i piatti tipici, la gentilezza e competenza delle ragazze, l’atmosfera di Matera: non si può non innamorarsi di questo posto e se poi aggiungete anche i prezzi più che onesti diventa … una meta obbligata! Superconsigliato!

Loved my Salted Cod Fish with capers in pomodoro sauce and my wife’s Roasted Lamb with potato was a Mediterranean gem. Lovely place and excellent kind and personable service.
