I was very pleased, the waiters were kind and familiar, they welcomed our jokes and we ate very well, an experience to repeat.

The location is beautiful, and the staff is professional and helpful. The starters were impressive and top-notch, the burgers were made with quality meat, and the appetizers were good, although perhaps they could have been a little more generous.

Eccellente cena in questo ristorante nei "Sassi" di Matera. Personale accogliente e gentile, felice di dare spiegazioni sui piatti in menù, tutti caratteristici della regione. Tavoli ben distanziati, atmosfera rilassata e piacevole. Spettacolari i salumi locali, ottimi i caratelli con la zucca e il miscuglio al pomodoro e cacioricotta. Imperdibile la salsiccia di maiale 'pezzente'. Conto ragionevole.

17/08/2025: I decided to celebrate my birthday with a seafood dinner. Despite being far from the sea, the fish was delicious, incredibly fresh, and cooked to perfection. I've since returned, and the meat menu and pizza are equally as good. The prices are fair, especially considering the quality. I absolutely recommend it.

05/09/2025: Excellent restaurant. Prices are reasonable. Friendly staff, excellent quality, what more could I ask for? I highly recommend it. We'll be back. Compliments for everything. A true Materan. 👍💪
16/08/2025: The food wasn't exceptional, the menu could be improved, and the prices were high. €45,000 per person for an appetizer and a main course was a bit excessive.
