Excellent quality food, fresh ingredients, and excellent seafood spaghetti.
I should point out that I tried to book by phone and was told there was no room until three days later. When I walked by and asked, just to be sure, they gave me a table at 7:30 PM.
We shared some courses, which were served separately.
Great customer service, perhaps even too much.
I was pleasantly surprised that in an AIC-certified restaurant, which is dedicated to gluten-free dining, there was a €3 surcharge for each gluten-free dish served, in addition to a €3 cover charge per person. This didn't happen in other restaurants that were kind enough to prepare gluten-free meals for a celiac, despite not being AIC-certified.
Overall, a pleasant dinner.

I've been waiting since yesterday to eat at this place because I'm celiac. Having seen the great reviews, I thought I'd be able to eat lots of good things that I normally can't eat. But alas, that wasn't the case. I ordered the Calabrian land appetizer to share, which included meatballs, aubergines, and potatoes (the only reason I ordered it), and since I'm vegetarian, I asked if I could have it without the 'nduja, meatballs, and cured meats. I was told it was no problem, and everything arrived except the meatballs. I didn't say anything. The thing that bothered me the most was that when I asked if they had gluten-free fileja (typical Calabrian pasta) and if I could have it with sauce only, I was told "of course," but listen, listen.

On the evening of August 14th, we had the pinsa with onion and tuna and the purpara. Both were delicious, crunchy, the onion was absolutely no bother and it was very digestible. Both were very tasty. Perhaps a little more tuna and octopus would have been better, but we will truly remember them fondly. The little robot that brings the dishes to the table is very friendly. The atmosphere is tasteful and the service is excellent. It's 50 meters from the ZTL (limited traffic zone) and a stone's throw from the center.

Dernier dîner à Tropea. Février, tout est fermé ou presque. Ce restaurant situé à proximité de l’Endroit où nous logeons est ouvert. Nous sommes passés devant de nombreuses fois sans le remarquer. Accueil aimable, nous sommes les premiers clients. La pizza est bonne et cuite comme nous l’aimons mais c’est la pâte qui est excellente à l’inverse des autres. Elle est feuilletée et très légère. Une véritable belle expérience

Locale senza infamia e senza lode.
Non ho gradito l'antipasto...nemmeno i primi mi hanno entusiasmata. Il prezzo è OK, servizio gentile e abbastanza rapido. Ma non ci tornerei.
