Friendly and professional staff, a few small details to review, but efficient service.
The cuisine is a unique experience, high level tasting menu, full of exciting combinations.

Nadia's legendary fish soup had to be tried. I was delighted to sit down for dinner at this restaurant. The lake view is enviable and the quality of the food is exceptional, the fish soup met high expectations, I was pleasantly surprised by the tagliolini cooked in the soup sauce, simply amazing. Definitely recommended for a special occasion given the cost which is not really affordable for every day, justified by the undisputed quality of the fresh fish and the exclusivity of the location.

Here is a restaurant that deserves praise. One of the best specialists in fish-based dishes in which, on a personal level, I have been lucky enough to set foot. There is no point in going into details; everything is perfect here, starting from the view of Lake Iseo. More than a panorama, a wide angle of the soul. What struck me most - and I don't want to sound paradoxical - is the generosity of the portions, which is not so common in restaurants of this caliber. It's clear: here the customer is the protagonist, not the "chef".

Bellissima location con una vista spettacolare sul lago d'Iseo che propone piatti di pesce di alto livello. Il menù degustazione è un esperienza che ci si ricorda per sempre. Piatti perfetti nella presentazione e nel gusto. La passione di Nadia si sente e il servizio professionale ne hanno fatto una serata indimenticabile.

I went to this restaurant for the first time with my parents and we were thrilled.
We chose to have the tasting menu (at the price of €125 per person) which included the entree which was a gazpacho with burrata and lemon, two appetizers, one of which was octopus with Jerusalem artichoke and the second with scampi in rice flour, foam of potatoes and truffle. Followed by a first course composed of the famous ricotta tortelli from Molise (the region of origin of the inimitable Nadia), prawns and caviar, a second course composed of amberjack with pistachio and saffron cream.
Finally, a dessert which was a Baileys semifreddo with coffee and almond cream, coffee and small pastries.
What can I say... I would recommend this experience to everyone because the Nadia restaurant is the perfect balance between authentic and simple cuisine and high-level cuisine for a few connoisseurs.
The ingredients used are of excellent quality with highly sought-after products, fish always fresh and cooked to perfection.
Mrs. Nadia's passion is reflected in each of her culinary creations and it was nice to see that a person, even after more than 30 years in the sector, is still so in love with their job so much as to be able to put aside the effort that job entails to give customers an unforgettable experience.
I can't wait to return to try the famous fish soup.

Il ristorante da Nadia è da ormai 30 anni sinonimo di alta cucina di pesce, ma la “zuppa di pesce con crostacei di pesci” e’ assolutamente “the best of the best”. In ambito sportivo molte medaglie d’oro sono state vinte per centesimi o decimi di secondo, credo che Nadia con questo piatto specifico sia la Regina incontrastata che per una frazione di secondo vince sempre la medaglia d’oro tutte le volte che porta in tavola la sua preziosa zuppa di pesce. Il segreto credo sia la materia prima d’eccellenza che va dal pesce ad un pomodoro mozzafiato. Complimentissimi. 👏👏👏
