30/11/2024: Excellent restaurant for the quality of the dishes and the service offered!
27/11/2024: Review NOV 2024:
We had lunch here at the end of November. The waiter offered us an aperitif while waiting for the dishes ordered and, to accompany it, we also asked for a platter of cold cuts to share (there were 5 adults) and 2 mozzarellas (one buffalo and one burrata), trusting the waiter and without look at the cost on the menu. You think in good faith: a platter of cold cuts in a restaurant located in an agricultural area where cured meats are a more than common dish, what will it be! Well, we shouldn't take anything for granted in restaurants these days, because a platter of cold cuts (mozzarella counted separately) here costs as much as a second course and what's more is of modest quantities, so much so that, on his own initiative, the waiter he brought 2, because 1 wouldn't have been enough. You will understand that finding on the bill €16.80 x 2 (cutting boards) and between €6.8 x 2 (mozzarella) you end up asking yourself: but how is it possible, what did I eat? At least from the kitchen they could think of a single cutting board at a lower price. We too made a mistake, it's true, in asking for extra stuff out of enthusiasm without checking or asking first. But the surprises on the bill were also related to the cost of the water, which makes you wonder if it is Holy water :-)
Aside from the high costs, we certainly DO NOT recommend grilled fish (a slice of unidentified fish, mostly composed of bones; a dry and frayed dried prawn; a piece of imitation salmon), nor the tagliolini with San Daniele ( "unforgettable" but unspeakable experience during the day) Luckily it went better for those who ordered the fried and grilled calamari. Even the very expensive platters and mozzarella were good.
JAN 2024 Review:
The experience relates to pizzas ordered for takeaway, therefore the restaurant or other services are not evaluated.
The pizzas were very good, although a little expensive.
