We hadn't booked and it was an improvisation. As soon as we entered we read the sign that the restaurant was fully booked, but they still managed to find us a table for the three of us. It really felt like family, the waitress was super nice and smiling. The appetizer of ham and croutons was super good and plentiful, not to mention the wild boar parpardelle, which you absolutely must eat. The top desserts. You can feel that the quality of the food is really good. The owner Alessandra is a very nice woman and transmits the love she gives in her restaurant. Definitely coming back and recommending it. Even the cost we paid was fair and not exaggerated.

What a fabulous find ! Unassuming yet was one of the best places in Pisa. Not touristy, just wholesome food in a cozy place. Pretty famous, too, considering Andrea Bocelli visited this quaint restaurant. Best pasta and the steak with mushroom sauce was fabulous.

Excellent restaurant.
Very welcoming place, near the historic center of Pisa.
The waitress (a young girl) was super helpful, and the food arrived very quickly. All delicious, excellent wine, I highly recommend the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and the Tuscan soup (really excellent). Advised !

We went for dinner during a two day getaway. 7 of us arrived without a reservation and in just under 4 minutes he had us seated. The service is typical of a tavern, friendly and informal. We ate very well and in a short time. Excellent Tuscan appetizer or delicious cured meats and cheeses. As well as the crostini and pappardelle with wild boar ragout.
The rest is also very good. Advised

Eravamo di passaggio a Pisa. Siamo entrati per caso. All’inizio un po’ scettici ma poi un accoglienza eccezionale, cenato benissimo. Uno spaghetti al pomodoro come non mangiavo da tempo, per non parlare della tagliata al lardo.. squisita! Consigliamo vivamente!
