Excellent restaurant for business lunches

We've been to this restaurant for a while and have always been satisfied, but their New Year's Eve dinner exceeded our expectations! Exquisite fresh seafood dishes, meticulous attention to detail, and impeccable service. The staff, as always, was friendly, attentive, and professional. The price was fair for the quality and quantity of the dinner. A truly successful evening, confirming the excellence of this restaurant, which we highly recommend.

I'll start by saying that the quality of the food is beyond question: excellent raw materials and served with care by the kitchen staff. A restaurant of this caliber has to have one receptionist and only one waitress to welcome, take orders, serve, and pay the bill. While the waitress was very good and polite, you'd expect more from a restaurant of this caliber with prices like that. The restaurant's aesthetic sense is impeccable, as is the food. Another important point: in such a refined restaurant, orders and service should be served in the order they arrive. Yesterday, a couple arrived after us and ordered and were served before us. It wasn't a real problem because the atmosphere is beautiful and pleasant, and it's a pleasure to be there, but as I said earlier, this isn't acceptable from a restaurant that charges almost as much as a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Highly recommended, excellent raw fish, beautiful. The place is well-kept. Definitely excellent wines. The service paid us very little, almost no attention (and the place wasn't even full). No advice on wine selection, no guidance on tasting the raw fish. With the glass long empty, we had to call for another. No advice or suggestions for desserts. No attention to asking if we were satisfied or not. The only flaw, but not a small one.
