Ristorante Da Graziano In San gimignano

A good location for visiting San Gimignano, about a 10-minute walk to the historic center. You can drive right up to the entrance, and even if there's no parking, you have plenty of time to get settled in. Simple rooms, a good breakfast in a lovely room, friendly and helpful staff, and a lovely picturesque view of San Gimignano and its towers, even more beautiful at night, from just outside the entrance, but perhaps from some rooms as well. I removed one star because the information says "wheelchair accessible," which isn't entirely true.

Excellent service and availability, the only sore point is the lack of wheelchair access ramp for the elderly and disabled.

Good experience both in the room, which was a good size (the shower was a bit small), and in the restaurant where we had dinner.

Great place to dine when you want seafood instead of pasta. Tuna and bream dishes were quite good, especially for the price. Local wines in all sizes from bottle to glass. Service was excellent. Close to main entrance to town.

We stayed one night for a stop on the Via Francigena. The hotel is in a quiet area, a 5-minute walk from the center of San Gimignano, very convenient for buses, and close to a supermarket. We stayed in a room in the annex; it was a bit small, but equipped with all the comforts. The owner, Sergio, and the receptionist, Michela, were very kind and attentive; they provided us with a breakfast pack as we wanted to leave before breakfast time. A special mention goes to the restaurant: we dined there and it was a pleasant surprise. The value for money was exceptional.

We had a great time, the staff were very friendly, and the room was comfortable with everything we needed. It's a 10-minute walk from the center. We'll be back.
