Smaller or compact room, small shower. Parking options very limited. Good to have a restaurant on-site serving good food.

Hotel is in a nice area outside of San Gimignano, with a great view of the town. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. There is parking across the street from the hotel but it is usually full during the day, it is easier to park over in the lot called P1 and walk over. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Close to the walls, we went on foot. Comfortable hotel and very good bathroom. The hotel restaurant is quite expensive and the coffee was a bit simple but I would go back. The attendants don't understand English well but they can get by. Would go back. Free parking.

I was a guest last Friday, on a motorbike with my son, very kind and helpful staff, they also allowed us to park the motorbikes at the back under a roof

Magnificent location, peaceful environment with bird chirping. The rooms are very clean. They also helped us park our car. A very good business. We would love to come again (breakfast could have included some varieties reflecting Italian cuisine)

11/11/2024: Ci siamo fermati per pranzo durante il viaggio di rientro a casa. Una bella esperienza per la qualità del cibo, per l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità. Nel dettaglio: ottima la crocchetta di baccala, buono l'arancino, ottimi i tortelli di patate; piacevole anche il vino. Simpatici, nonostante il tanto lavoro, anche i gestori!
02/11/2024: Generally positive experience, but the service could definitely be improved, because it was rushed and not very friendly. We went for lunch, on a Saturday, and without a reservation: right from the entrance the treatment was hasty and unkind. However, the food was quite good, consistent with Tuscan cuisine and attentive to requests for variation. Few vegetarian options.

Madonna Del Carmine (Loc.Palazzone)

20/10/2024: I spent a special Sunday, the staff was very friendly, the cook was very good at preparing her simple but delicious dishes, I even made the slipper on the plate☺😋😋 it felt like being with family. I had a great time. Thanks for the advice to stop for lunch with you If you can, stop by them. ☆☆☆☆
28/08/2024: A certainty in the area, genuine food, always adequate service and a rustic Tuscan environment.
